    Abstract: An acute kidney injury predicting system and a method thereof are proposed. A processor reads the data to be tested, the detection data, the machine learning algorithm and the risk probability comparison table from a main memory. The processor trains the detection data according to the machine learning algorithm to generate an acute kidney injury prediction model, and inputs the data to be tested into the acute kidney injury prediction model to generate an acute kidney injury characteristic risk probability and a data sequence table. The data sequence table lists the data to be tested in sequence according to a proportion of each of the data to be tested in the acute kidney injury characteristics. The processor selects one of the medical treatment data from the risk probability comparison table according to the acute kidney injury characteristic risk probability.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device includes: providing a wafer-bonding stack structure having a sidewall layer and an exposed first component layer; forming a photoresist layer on the first component layer; performing an edge trimming process to at least remove the sidewall layer; and removing the photoresist layer. In this way, contaminant particles generated from the blade during the edge trimming process may fall on the photoresist layer but not fall on the first component layer, so as to protect the first component layer from being contaminated.

    Abstract: A mobile terminal includes a base body, a pair of slidable bodies and a pair of switch mechanisms disposed on the slidable bodies. Each of the switch mechanism includes a housing, a cover, an operating member, a locking member and a spring unit. The operating member includes a coupling portion received in the housing and an operating cap located out of the housing. The coupling portion includes a base bevel. The locking member received in the housing includes a sliding bevel contacting to the base bevel and a locking block passing through the cover and engaging with the base body. The spring unit urges between the locking member and the housing. When the operating cap is pressed towards the housing, the base bevel engages with the sliding bevel to drive the locking member compress the spring unit, thereby the locking block disengaging from the base body.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an equalizing-charge charger includes a microprocessor, a pulse width modulator, battery cells, and equalizing charge load-control switches corresponding to the battery cells. When voltage sensors of the microprocessor detected the saturated status of one battery cell during charging mode, the microprocessor controls the pulse width modulator to stop the charging action and counts the voltage value of each battery cell to find the battery cell having the lowest voltage value, and then switches on the equalizing charge load-control switch corresponding to the saturated battery cell to discharge the saturated battery cell to the voltage value equal to the battery cell having the lowest voltage value, and then starts the pulse width modulator to charge the battery cells again, and then repeats the procedure again and again until the voltage value of the battery cells has been equalized and battery cells have been charged to saturated status.
