    Abstract: Provided are a semiconductor structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the semiconductor structure includes the following. A gate structure is formed on a substrate. A tilt implanting process is performed to implant group IV elements into the substrate to form a doped region, and the doped region is located on two sides of the gate structure and partially located under the gate structure. A part of the substrate on two sides of the gate structure is removed to form a first recess. A cleaning process is performed on the surface of the first recess. A wet etching process is performed on the first recess to form a second recess. A semiconductor layer is formed in the second recess.

    Abstract: A laser slicing apparatus, in which a laser module provides a laser beam, and a light splitting element of a focusing lens set splits the laser beam into a plurality of focused laser beams to form a plurality of induce lines having first laser modified cracks in a modified layer at a predetermined depth inside a substrate. A rotating module rotates the light splitting element with an angle, and the light splitting element converts the focused laser beams according to this angle to form a plurality of modified groups between the induce lines. Each modified group includes a plurality of modified lines having second laser modified cracks, and the first laser modified cracks and the second laser modified cracks are connected to each other to form a continuous laser modified crack in the modified layer at the predetermined depth inside the substrate, thereby speeding up the laser slicing production.

    Abstract: A door opening warning system device actuatable when a door of a car is going to be opened, including a non-remote control type contact switch for providing a "POWER OFF" signal, a flash signal power feed controller, a contact switch for providing a "POWER OFF" signal, a flash device and warning lights. The non-remote control type contact switch may be installed at the ignition key or other suitable positions of the car. The flash signal power feed controller and the contact switch for providing the "POWER OFF" signal are connected via circuitry to the flash device and warning lights of the car. When the ignition key is turned to an "OFF" position or contact switches of other warning system devices are contacted before the driver opens the door to get off, power is connected to cause the warning lights to flash. When the doors are closed or locked, the contact switch for providing a "POWER OFF" signal will be actuated to cut off power supply.
