    Abstract: A laser soldering method using dynamic light spot is provided and includes following steps: executing a soldering to control a laser module to radiate toward multi-lens to form a light spot on a soldering target; and, adjusting a lens distance between the multi-lens based on a spot-adjustment condition to adjust a light spot size of the light spot when the spot-adjustment condition is met in the soldering. The disclosure may provide multiple heating densities respectively adequate to different soldering status via adjusting the light spot size when using same laser power, so as to improve the soldering quality.

The laser source module is configured to emit a laser beam. The polarization adjusting assembly includes a plurality of polarization elements and at least one stepping motor. The polarization elements are configured to split the laser beam into a Gaussian beam and a ring-shaped beam. The Gaussian beam illuminates the first element, and the ring-shaped beam is illuminates the second element. The stepping motor is configured to adjust a size of the ring-shaped beam. The temperature sensor is configured to monitor temperatures of the first element and a temperature of the second element. The controller is electrically connected to the temperature sensor, the laser source module, and the polarization adjusting assembly.

The working liquid flows within the liquid channel in guidance of the deviation of surface tension between the liquid channel to the working liquid, and the covering board to the working liquid, so that the working liquid is transported within the liquid channel without any external power.
