The disclosure also provides a method of selecting a cancer patient who is suitable as treatment candidate for immunotherapy. Exemplary immune response can be characterized by reduction of the severity of disease, including but not limited to, prevention of disease, delay in onset of disease, decreased severity of symptoms, decreased morbidity and delayed mortality.

    Abstract: A wheel control mechanism includes a support base, a wheel module, a first magnetic module and a second magnetic module. The wheel module, the first magnetic module and the second magnetic module are installed on the support base. The first magnetic module generates a magnetic attractive force to attract a metal ratchet of the wheel module. By adjusting the position of the second magnetic module relative to the first magnetic module, the strength of the magnetic attractive force is changed. Consequently, the rotation of the wheel module results in a tactile feel or does not result in the tactile feel.

During the plasma process, if the detected temperature variation is excessive, the cooler or heater is activated to control the temperature of the upper surface and the lower surface of the substrate so that the temperature on two sides are controlled within a selected range to reduce warping.
