Abstract: An illuminating device and method of fabricating the illuminating device are provided. The illuminating device includes a base, a cover, a light source circuit board, a lens and a circle. The base has a circuit board accommodating recess. The cover is assembled to the base and located in the circuit board accommodating recess. The cover has a lens accommodating recess and a first fixing structure located at opposite sides. The light source circuit board is disposed in the circuit board accommodating recess and located between the cover and the base. The light source circuit board has a second fixing structure inserted with the first fixing structure to assemble the light source circuit board with the cover. The lens is disposed in the lens accommodating recess. The circle encircles an edge of the lens and fixes to the base.

Abstract: A light emitting diode (LED) lamp includes a lamp holder, an optical module, a thermal pad, and a fixing ring. The lamp holder has a first recess in which the optical module is configured. The thermal pad is configured in the first recess and between the optical module and the lamp holder, so as to separate the optical module from the lamp holder. The fixing ring is locked to the lamp holder, so as to fix the optical module into the lamp holder. The optical module includes a first fixing element, an LED board, and a lens. The first fixing element has an accommodating opening in which the LED board is configured. The LED board includes a circuit board and LEDs, and the LEDs are configured on the circuit board. The lens is fixed to the first fixing element and covers the LEDs.

Abstract: A light-emitting diode (LED) lamp includes a lamp holder, an optical module and a locking ring. The lamp holder has a first recess and the optical module is disposed in the first recess. The optical module includes a body, an LED board, a reflecting cover and a lens. The body has a second recess and the LED board is disposed in the second recess. The LED board includes a circuit board and a plurality of LEDs. The LEDs are disposed on the circuit board. The reflecting cover is disposed in the second recess and located on the LED board. The reflecting cover has a plurality of openings and the LEDs go through the corresponding openings to be exposed within the reflecting cover, and the lens is disposed at the reflecting cover. The locking ring is locked at the lamp holder to fix the optical module into the lamp holder.
