Abstract: The present invention provides an antibody drug conjugate composed of an anti-HER2 trastuzumab monoclonal antibody and an iridium(III) N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) complex connected with a cathepsin B-cleavable GGFG tetrapeptide linker, a method of preparing the same and a method of using the same for anticancer treatment. The provided antibody drug conjugate has improved tumor target specificity and delivery.

Abstract: An antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) including a tumor-targeting antibody covalently bound to at least one erianin-loaded linker is presented. The erianin-loaded linker includes erianin as the cytotoxic agent, an antibody attachment moiety, a cleavable bond and with or without a self-immolative linker. This ADC allows for the targeted delivery of erianin to tumor cells, enhancing therapeutic efficacy while minimizing off-target effects.

Abstract: Disclosed is an upside-down sprayer with an auxiliary air conducting device for liquid pumping, including a container, a nozzle, and a dip tube equipped with a switching valve near its upper end, which has a valve casing, a valve ball, and an inverted liquid pumping port. An auxiliary air conducting device is disposed adjacent to the switching valve and includes a connection part, a guide seat, and a projecting tube with an opening, wherein the connection part is positioned on the dip tube, the guide seat has a groove, and the projecting tube communicates with the groove. The opening of the projecting tube is offset in the direction of the inverted liquid pumping port, and the height of the opening is not lower than the height of the inverted liquid pumping port when used inverted.

Abstract: A pressure head with foaming function mounted onto a container with liquid substances includes a low-pressure suction force generator with a reducing port set into the discharge pipe of the pressure head, such that liquid already absorbed to the discharge pipe can flow through the guide port of the discharge pipe. The liquid is then collected and extruded from the reducing port, thus increasing the flow speed and reducing the pressure to generate a low-pressure suction force. An it guide port is arranged onto the discharge pipe and also located at a spacing with the reducing port. While the liquid is extruded from the reducing port to generate low-pressure suction force, air out of the discharge pipe is absorbed from the air guide port to the discharge pipe, such that an is mixed with liquid, making the liquid extruded from the discharge pipe foamed.
