Abstract: A phase-change memory (PCM) cell is provided to include a first electrode, a second electrode, and a phase-change feature disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The phase-change feature is configured to change its data state based on a write operation performed on the PCM cell. The write operation includes a reset stage and a set stage. In the reset stage, a plurality of reset current pulses are applied to the PCM cell, and the reset current pulses have increasing current amplitudes. In the set stage, a plurality of set current pulses are applied to the PCM cell, and the set current pulses exhibit an increasing trend in current amplitude. The current amplitudes of the set current pulses are smaller than those of the reset current pulses.

Abstract: A light-adjusting device having first regions and second regions is provided. The light-adjusting device includes pillars that form several groups of meta structures. The groups of meta structures correspond to the first regions, and from a top view, the first regions and the second regions are arranged in a checkerboard pattern.

Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device includes a device housing, a knob, a restriction unit and a screen panel. The knob is rotatably connected to the device housing, wherein the knob comprises a latch and a plurality of teeth, the knob is adapted to be rotated between a first knob location and a second knob location, and when the knob is in the first knob location, the latch protrudes from the device housing, and when the knob is in the second knob location, the latch is received in the device housing. The restriction unit is disposed in the device housing, wherein the restriction unit is adapted to be connected to one of the teeth to restrict the knob. The screen panel is detachably connected to the device housing. The display device can be easily detached from a display system.

Therein, the fixed casing includes an accommodating recess, which forms the opening and has at least one peripheral interface window.

A case of the electronic device includes a through hole. The surrounding member includes a first fastener, a second fastener, and a supporter. The first fastener passes through the through hole and is attached to the case. The second fastener and the supporter cover a lateral wall of the case. Therefore, the surrounding member can be assembled to the case even without using an adhesive and the surrounding member will not detach from the case easily. Moreover, because the surrounding member is attached to the case by passing through the though hole and cover the lateral wall of the case, the surrounding member is also adopt for an electronic device with narrow frame.

Abstract: A display that can be assembled in a force-saving manner includes a display body and a base. The display body includes a housing, a display module disposed within the housing, and at least one engaging portion. The housing has a bottom wall. The first engaging portion is provided on the bottom wall. The base includes a top wall for locking with the bottom wall, and a second engaging portion provided on the top wall and corresponding to the first engaging portion. The second engaging portion engages the first engaging portion so as to positioning the top wall of the base relative to the bottom wall of the display body to facilitate threaded locking there between. A method for assembling the display is also disclosed.
