    Abstract: A quick coloring method for a 3D printer having an ink nozzle-head includes the following steps: reading an image file and a coloring route; controlling the ink nozzle-head to move to a start position of one of printing rows; controlling the ink nozzle-head to move and to print a coloring object according to the image file and the coloring route; reading a reverse image file and a reverse coloring route, in which the reverse image file records a horizontal reverse image of the image file, and the reverse coloring route records an opposite start position; controlling the ink nozzle-head to move to the opposite start position of next printing row according to the reverse coloring route; controlling the ink nozzle-head to move and to print the coloring object according to the reverse image file and the reverse coloring route; and re-executing above steps before a coloring operation is completed.

The baking module is disposed between the 3-D print head and the ink-jet print head and includes a fan, a discharge casing and a heating module. The fan includes an air-discharge side facing the base to provide an air flow. The discharge casing is disposed on the air-discharge side. The heating module is disposed between the fan and the discharge casing to heat the air flow and the heated air flow being blown out via the discharge casing for drying the ink layer.

    Abstract: An alignment method adopted by a 3D printer having a 3D nozzle for jetting material and a 2D pen-module for jetting colored ink is disclosed. The 3D printer first controls the 3D nozzle to print an alignment template on a printing platform, wherein the alignment template comprises multiple alignment blocks respectively and separately printed along an axis, and each alignment block respectively deviates from each center-line according to an accumulated offset. Next, the 3D printer controls the 2D pen-module to print an ink matrix on the alignment template, wherein the ink matrix comprises multiple ink blocks respectively and separately printed along the same axis, and each ink block is exactly corresponding to each center-line respectively. The 3D printer uses covering status of each alignment block and each ink block to determine a deviation between the 3D nozzle and the 2D pen-module, so as to perform an alignment action thereupon.
