Abstract: A coating system and a method for using such a system comprising a vessel, a flexible container within the vessel, and a coating apparatus. The flexible container includes an outlet port, wherein the flexible container is configured to contract in response to an increase in pressure within the vessel. The flexible container is configured to output a coating composition through the outlet port in response to contraction. The coating apparatus is configured to receive the coating composition from the outlet port and in some embodiments, deliver the coating composition to a wafer surface.

The detection circuit includes a resize circuit and a comparison circuit. The resize circuit is configured to receive the plurality of image data and convert the plurality of image data into a plurality of region data. The comparison circuit, coupled to the resize circuit, is configured to: receive at least one first region data from the resize circuit; receive at least one first backlight data corresponding to the at least one first region data from the display controller; compare the at least one first region data with the at least one first backlight data to generate a comparison result; and output a control signal to control an output setting of the display controller according to the comparison result.

Abstract: A pre-treatment apparatus can be added as a module of a wafer track system, where the pre-treatment is designed to reduce friction at the edges of a substrate. Reducing edge friction can help prevent back side edge particles during attachment to a vacuum chuck in a subsequent processing operation that can occur, for example, in an exposure device. The pre-treatment apparatus can be configured to deliver one or more gases to treat top and/or bottom surfaces of a substrate. The pre-treatment apparatus can treat back side edges of a substrate to reduce edge friction of the substrate and to prevent overlay defects.

Abstract: A method for detecting the zeta potentials of nanopores and nanoparticles mainly uses an electrokinetic mechanism with a force balance exerted on particles in a nanopore and a current sensing technology to measure the zeta potential of the nanopore accurately, and then uses the measured zeta potential of the pore to further measure the zeta potential of the electrically charged nanoparticle passing through the pore. This method does not need to analyze the detailed spectrum of the current blockage signals and purchase expensive standard item particles, so that this method has high accuracy and less limitation than the conventional method and achieves the effects of simplifying the measurement process and lowering the measurement cost significantly. For soft nanoparticles, this method can sense the zeta potential of particles more accurately to improve the value of the method of this invention.

Abstract: A location display method, a portable communication apparatus using the method, and a recording medium using the method are provided. The method is adapted for the portable communication apparatus having a positioning unit and a touch screen. In the method, the portable communication apparatus is positioned to obtain first location information by using the positioning unit. Next, a communication interface is displayed on the touch screen to proceed a call, in which the communication interface displays the first location information. Furthermore, a location sharing key may also be displayed in the communication interface, and a selecting operation performed on the location sharing key is received by using the touch screen, and according to contact information of an opposite party of the call, the first location information is sent to the opposite party and/or second location information sent by the opposite party is received.

Abstract: A projection device for increasing light-transmitting efficiency includes a light-emitting unit, a light-guiding unit, an image display module and an image projection unit. The light-emitting unit includes a first light-emitting module for generating a first predetermined light source, a second light-emitting module for generating a second predetermined light source, and a third light-emitting module for generating a third predetermined light source. The light-guiding unit includes at least one photonic crystal fiber structure having a first light input terminal for receiving the first predetermined light source, a second light input terminal for receiving the second predetermined light source, a third light input terminal for receiving the third predetermined light source, and a light output terminal. The image display module is corresponding and adjacent to the light output terminal. The image projection unit includes at least one projection lens corresponding and adjacent to the image display module.

A mechanics case that contains a motor and blower assembly is arranged at one side of the machine body. The mechanics case includes a partition board to divide the mechanics case into an inlet flow channel communicating the air chamber and an outlet flow channel for discharging air. The partition board forms an air vent hole in communication with the outlet flow channel. A block unit is provided on the partition board and includes a block plate that selectively blocks the air vent hole. When a fire occurs inside the air chamber, the partition board prevents the fire flame from being drawn into the mechanics case, and the block plate timely blocks the air vent hole to improve operation safety.

The leg frame set includes two inverted U-shaped frame rods which are integrally formed and correspond to each other. The air-guiding box is arranged across top ends of the two frame rods, and is made by correspondingly closing an upper cover and a lower cover which are formed through integral draw molding. A driving unit for driving a blowing fan is arranged at an end of the air-guiding box. An air-filtering bag and a dust-collecting bag corresponding to each other are arranged at an end opposite to the driving unit on the upper and lower covers of the air-guiding box. Thus, structural components can be greatly simplified.

Abstract: A dust collector includes a housing and a case. The housing forms therein an air chamber in which filter cylinders are mounted. The case has an interior space divided by a separation board into an air inlet compartment communicating the air chamber of the housing and an air outlet compartment communicating the air inlet compartment. A blower unit is mounted to the separation board and includes blast box mounted to the separation board in the air inlet compartment and a motor arranged in the air outlet compartment in such a way that an output spindle of the motor extending into the blast box and carrying a blade assembly. With such an arrangement, resonance caused by wind shear sound of the blade assembly is eliminated. Heat generated by the operation of the motor can be removed by air flow passing through the air outlet compartment to realize cooling of the motor.

The rear end of the driven shaft has a driven roller, and the driven roller, the adjustable roller and the dual level transmission roller are provided with a second transmission belt. The first and second transmission belts are used to cause the saw blade and pre-cut blade of the driven shaft to rotate in reverse directions. The tightness of the second transmission belt is adjusted by the floating rod.

The securing seat includes a binding mount and a binding belt, and the middle section of the inner edge of the binding mount is protruded with an inverted L-shaped holding plate. The top face of the binding mount is an engaging slot for engagement with a filtering cylinder. The top edge and the bottom edge at the inner face of the binding mount and the holding plate are respectively formed into lid and fastening slot. The filtering cylinder is mounted to the engaging slot and the lid and the fastening slot are adhered to each other. Thus, the securing seat is provided with excellent air tightness and the securing seat is firmly secured, and the air suction of the dust collector is improved.
