  • Publication number: 20230015445
Abstract: An operation power source for an operation power source supplying power to a synchronous rectifier controller is charged according to the invention. The synchronous rectifier controller controls a synchronous rectifier in response to a channel signal of the synchronous rectifier, generating SR ON times and SR OFF times. It is determined whether the channel signal resonates in a first SR OFF time, to provide an oscillation record accordingly. In a second SR OFF time after the first SR OFF time, in response to the oscillation record, a portion of resonance energy that causes the channel signal resonating is directed to charge the operation power source.

  • Patent number: 10667356
Abstract: A dimming controller is capable of receiving a dimming signal to dim light-emitting device no matter the dimming signal is of DC or of PWM. A type identifier identifies whether the dimming signal received from an input node is of DC or of PWM. A multiplexer with an output is controlled by the type identifier and configured to provide at least a DC signal path and a PWM signal path both coupled between the input node and the output. The type identifier makes the multiplexer enable the DC signal path and interrupt the PWM signal path if the dimming signal is identified as of DC, and makes the multiplexer enable the PWM signal path and interrupt the DC signal path if the dimming signal is identified as of PWM.

  • Patent number: 10571986
Abstract: A power delivery controller applied to a power converter includes a voltage compensation circuit and a comparator. The voltage compensation circuit is used for generating a compensation reference voltage, receiving a response signal through a universal serial bus type-C cable, and generating a response voltage when an electronic device coupled to the universal serial bus type-C cable generates the response signal corresponding to a Biphase Mark Coding (BMC) signal, wherein the response voltage and the compensation reference voltage have information relative to an internal resistor of the universal serial bus type-C cable. The comparator is used for generating a comparison signal according to the response voltage and the compensation reference voltage, wherein the power converter transmits power to the electronic device according to a specification corresponding to universal serial bus power delivery (USB-PD) after the comparator generates the comparison signal.

  • Patent number: 10397997
Abstract: A dimming controller is capable of receiving a dimming signal to dim light-emitting device no matter the dimming signal is of a first type or of a second type. A type identifier identifies whether the dimming signal received from an input node is of the first type or of the second type, to accordingly generate a selection signal. A signal converter generates a first signal in response to the dimming signal, and the first signal is of the first type. A multiplexer has two inputs receiving the first signal and the dimming signal respectively, and, in response to the selection signal, forwards one of the first signal and the dimming signal to a driver driving the light-emitting device.
