    Abstract: A screw head recess structure and its driving tool that maximizes torque are provided, applicable to any kinds of rotational fasteners, such as screws or bolts. A recess has an irregular shape formed by a plurality of lobular grooves arranged around the center point of a fastener as an axis. A plurality of facets of corresponding grooves along both sides of central lines is formed that receive forces when the fastener rotates clockwise and anticlockwise. As a driving tool having a matching configuration with the recess structure rotates the recess, moment arms of forces and reaction forces exerted upon corresponding facets are on the same central lines, thus maximizing the torque generated by the driving tool. In addition to maximizing the torque, the recess structure is also special in that on which ordinary driving tools cannot operate, thereby protecting the fastener against unwanted disassembly. Moreover, the depth of the recess can be kept shallow since operation of which is effort-saving.

    Abstract: A die cooperates with a punch to pierce a blank, and includes a hollow die body and at least one limiting unit. The die body has a top surface adapted to support the blank, a bottom surface, and a through hole extending through the top and bottom surfaces. The through hole is adapted to permit a scrap from the blank to move therethrough. The limiting unit has a limit component which is disposed in the die body below the top surface. The limit component is resiliently movable between a non-limit position where the scrap is permitted to pass through the limit component when being pushed downward by the punch, and a limit position, where the scrap is limited from moving upward when the punch is pulled upward.

    Abstract: An improved mounting structure includes a soft mounting sleeve having a locking hole at a central position for fitting into a through hole of a mount, and a screw fitted with a washer. In assembly, the screw is inserted into the mounting sleeve fitted into the mount before driven into a frame structure. When the screw is driven into the top side of the mount, the bottom side of the mounting sleeve will elevate with the turning of the screw to impose a pressure on the screw threads, thus preventing the screw from being driven further and achieving a good mounting effect. This arrangement also prevents the screw from driving unduly deep into the frame structure due to excessive torsional force to prevent any possible damage to the frame structure or the screw threads.

    Abstract: A mounting structure including a locking plate disposed between a mount and a frame structure is described. The locking plate is provided with a central locking hole. A screw is provided with a washer that has a plurality of teeth at the outer periphery of its bottom side. The screw is passed through the washer, the mount and the locking plate into the flame structure. The teeth of the washer clutch the surface of the mount and prevent movement with the turning of the screw. The locking plate will slightly elevate with the turning of the screw, imposing a pressure on the screw to stop it from turning. This ensures firm locking of the mount to the frame structure preventing the screw from driving unduly deep into the frame structure to damage the frame structure or the screw threads.
