  • Publication number: 20240178748
Abstract: A power apparatus includes a substrate, a first power circuit, and a second power circuit. The substrate includes a first metallization region, a second metallization region, and a third metallization region which are separated from each other. The first power circuit is electrically connected to the first metallization region and the third metallization region, and is arranged across the second metallization region and fails to be in contact with the second metallization region. The second power circuit is electrically connected to the second metallization region and the third metallization region, and fails to be in contact with the first metallization region.

  • Publication number: 20240156405
Abstract: A smart wearable device has a signal calibration function executed by a signal calibration method and applied to a finger, a limb and/or a neck of a user. The smart wearable device includes at least one physiological signal detector, at least one pressure detector and an operation processor. The at least one physiological signal detector is adapted to abut against a detection area of the user for detecting a physiological signal. The at least one pressure detector is disposed around the at least one physiological signal detector and adapted to detect a pressure value of the detection area. The operation processor is electrically connected with the at least one physiological signal detector and the at least one pressure detector. The operation processor is adapted to optimize the physiological signal when the pressure value exceeds a predefined pressure threshold.

  • Patent number: 11936877
Abstract: A video decoder can be configured to determine that a current block in a current picture of the video data is coded in an affine prediction mode; determine one or more control-point motion vectors (CPMVs) for the current block; identify an initial prediction block for the current block in a reference picture using the one or more CPMVs; determine a current template for the current block in the current picture; and determine an initial reference template for the initial prediction block in the reference picture; and perform a motion vector refinement process to determine a modified prediction block based on a comparison of the current template to the initial reference template.

  • Patent number: 11924410
Abstract: An example device for decoding video data includes one or more processors implemented in circuitry and configured to: generate an inter-prediction block for a current block of video data; generate an intra-prediction block for the current block of video data; generate a final prediction block for the current block of video data from the inter-prediction block and the intra-prediction block, including performing each of combined inter/intra prediction (CIIP) mode, overlapped block motion compensation (OBMC), and luma mapping with chroma scaling (LMCS) while generating the final prediction block; and decode the current block of video data using the final prediction block. To generate the final prediction block, the processors may perform LMCS on a first inter-prediction sub-block, combine the LMCS-mapped first inter-prediction sub-block with the intra-prediction block using CIIP, and perform OBMC between the first CIIP prediction block and a second inter-prediction sub-block.

  • Patent number: 6169041
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for enhancing the reliability of a dielectric layer of a semiconductor wafer. The dielectric layer is formed above a silicon element. First, the method implants argon ions with a dosage of around 1015˜1016 ions/cm3 and an energy of around 3˜50 KeV into the silicon element to form an ion implantation layer. Then, the dielectric layer is formed on a predetermined area of the silicon element. The ion implantation layer prevents oxygen ions, impurities and charge carriers from converging on the surface of the silicon element so as to enhance the reliability of the dielectric layer.

  • Patent number: 6134385
Abstract: A furnace tube with quartz plug is configured to have an oxidation performed therein, and at least one elongated protruding portion with an opening on one side of the tube. The furnace also includes a quartz plug with a portion thereof inserted inside the elongated protruding portion, and with another portion thereof inserted into the tube. Accordingly, water resided in a gap between inner surface of the elongated protruding portion and outer surface of the quartz plug can be evaporated by self-heating of the quartz plug.
