Abstract: A fastener and a toilet seat with the same are provided. The fastener includes a base, two upper holding boards on the base, two stopping levers inserted through the upper holding boards, two elastic expansion parts mounted to the stopping levers, two thread engaging members threaded to the stopping levers, and at least one stopping plate pivotally connected to the stopping lever and rotated between a loose position and a tight position. The toilet seat includes a fastener, a seat pivotally connected to the base, and a lid. When the stopping plate is at the loose position, the thread engaging member, the elastic expansion part, and the stopping lever are allowed to insert through an installation hole of a toilet base. While at the tight position, the stopping lever with the thread engaging member are driven to squeeze the elastic expansion part toward the upper holding board.

Abstract: A shower head includes a housing, and a jet faceplate mounted to the housing and including a first water jetting area composed of a plurality of subunits and a second water jetting area having a second jet hole therein. The subunits are arranged to present an arc-shaped distribution, each defining therein a plurality of first jet holes. The subunits are in a fan-shaped area of the jet faceplate so that the water line of the ejected water can be concentrated and fan-shaped, enhancing the effect of removing dirt.

Abstract: A free-standing faucet which includes a valve assembly, a spout, an inlet tube set, and a free-standing casing tube, a spray holder, and a spray is revealed. The valve assembly consists of a housing, a mixing valve, and a diverter, and a handle. The housing is composed of a mixing valve chamber in which the mixing valve is mounted, a pipe joint connected to the inlet tube set, a connection portion formed on one side of the pipe joint close to the mixing valve chamber, a first cold water channel, and a first hot water channel. The first hot and cold water channels are formed inside the pipe joint and communicating with the connection portion and the inlet tube set. An adapter is connected to the connection portion and having second cold and hot water channels. Thereby the mixing valve can be assembled and positioned easily, securely and accurately.

First, a first event indicating that a specific button has been pressed, and then held is received. In response to the first event, contacts and movements of an object on the touch-sensitive display unit are received and touching script data corresponding to the contacts and movements of the object are recorded. Thereafter, in response to receiving a second event indicating that the specific button has been released, the touching script data is transmitted to at least one device such that the touching script data is displayed in a display unit of the device when the touching script data has been received.

Abstract: An electronic apparatus with haptic feedback and a method for providing haptic feedback are provided. The method includes the following steps. An actuation unit is provided to generate haptic feedback. In response to at least a haptic command, a control value is dynamically generated to control the actuation unit to generate haptic feedback, wherein dynamic range compression is applied to dynamically generate the control value so as to control the magnitude of haptic feedback to be substantially within a vibration range.

Abstract: A diverter assembly includes a main body, a valve device and a movable body. The main body is hollow and has a water inlet tube and two water outlet tubes. One of the two water outlet tubes is communicated through a hose to a shower nozzle. The valve device is disposed on the main body and has a valve capable of linearly moving back and forth for steplessly communicating the water inlet tube with either or both of the water outlet tubes. The movable body is pivotally disposed at one end of the main body, and has a hole for the shower nozzle to be inserted in. Thereby, the diverter assembly can steplessly adjust the valve position for controlling the water to flow out from either or both of the water outlet tubes.

Abstract: A semiconductor chip package generally comprises a lead frame, a semiconductor die and a plastic package body. The lead frame includes a plurality of leads and a window pad. The window pad is connected to the lead frame by connecting bars. The inner ends of the plurality of leads defines a central area. The window pad is disposed in the central area and has an opening defined therein. The semiconductor die is disposed in the opening of the window pad and has a plurality of bonding pads formed on the active surface thereof. The inner ends of the leads are interconnected to the bonding pads on the semiconductor die through a plurality of bonding wires. The lead frame, the semiconductor die and the bonding wires are encapsulated in the plastic package body wherein the lower surface of the lead frame and the backside surface of the semiconductor die are exposed through the plastic package body.
