    Abstract: A fastener and a toilet seat with the same are provided. The fastener includes a base, two upper holding boards on the base, two stopping levers inserted through the upper holding boards, two elastic expansion parts mounted to the stopping levers, two thread engaging members threaded to the stopping levers, and at least one stopping plate pivotally connected to the stopping lever and rotated between a loose position and a tight position. The toilet seat includes a fastener, a seat pivotally connected to the base, and a lid. When the stopping plate is at the loose position, the thread engaging member, the elastic expansion part, and the stopping lever are allowed to insert through an installation hole of a toilet base. While at the tight position, the stopping lever with the thread engaging member are driven to squeeze the elastic expansion part toward the upper holding board.

The housing is composed of a mixing valve chamber in which the mixing valve is mounted, a pipe joint connected to the inlet tube set, a connection portion formed on one side of the pipe joint close to the mixing valve chamber, a first cold water channel, and a first hot water channel. The first hot and cold water channels are formed inside the pipe joint and communicating with the connection portion and the inlet tube set. An adapter is connected to the connection portion and having second cold and hot water channels. Thereby the mixing valve can be assembled and positioned easily, securely and accurately.

    Abstract: A quick installed joint assembly includes a fitting body, a sleeve, and an inlet pipe. One end of the chamber of the body communicates with a water supply pipeline, and the other end communicates with an accommodation part and passing through the fitting body. The sleeve is disposed within the accommodation part and has stopper portions. Each stopper portion has a wedge-like portion and a hook portion is extending outwardly from the wedge-like portion. The body has plural openings corresponding to each stopper portion, so that one end of the inlet pipe can pass through the sleeve and be inserted within the chamber. The inlet pipe corresponding to the bottom edge of the stopper portion has a large diameter portion for leaning against on the stopper portion, so the hook portion can be hooked on the openings and the inside wall of the accommodation part can support the wedge-like portion.
