  • Publication number: 20240387379
Abstract: Some implementations described herein provide techniques and apparatuses for forming a copper structure adjacent to a multi-layer film structure included in a semiconductor device. The techniques include using an electroplating process to form the copper structure adjacent to the multi-layer film structure, wherein a pre-layer of chlorine molecules coats a seed layer of the multi-layer film structure during the electroplating process. During formation of the copper structure, a chlorine-enriched interface region (e.g., a control layer including a copper chelate material with chlorine) may be formed between the copper structure and the multi-layer film structure including the seed layer. The chlorine-enriched interface region may reduce a likelihood of electromigration and/or stress migration within the semiconductor device.

  • Publication number: 20240228240
Abstract: Motor control architecture including a travel, a hoist, and a controller is disclosed. The travel disposed on a main rail having an auxiliary-encoder includes a master-driver and a slave-driver for driving two motors. Each motor has a main-encoder. The hoist drives a rope and calculates a rope length continuously. The controller calculates an anti-sway position command based on the rope-length and a position command. The two drivers perform a full closed-loop computation based on a feedback of one main-encoder, a feedback of the auxiliary-encoder, and the anti-sway position command. Wherein, the master-driver controls one motor based on a speed command generated by the full closed-loop computation and the slave-driver follows the speed command and a torque command of the master-driver to drive another motor; or the two drivers compensate the torque command based on an error value between the feedback of one main-encoder and the feedback of the auxiliary-encoder.

  • Patent number: 11821952
Abstract: A method of estimating a d-q axis inductance of a permanent magnet synchronous motor includes the following steps. First, building an equivalent motor control block through enabling two of the three phases, and disabling the remaining one of the three phases, and locking a rotor. Afterward, incorporating a back EMF observer into a DC motor control block, and making the DC motor control block correspond to the back EMF observer by commanding an angular speed of the DC motor control block to be zero. Afterward, introducing the equivalent motor control block into the DC motor control block, and using the back EMF observer to estimate the back EMF, and repeating above steps taking turns to disable one phase so as to obtain three sets of motor inductances respectively. Finally, estimating the d-q axis inductance by introducing the three sets of equivalent motor inductances into an inductance relational equation.

  • Publication number: 20230093578
Abstract: A system for coupling a qubit to a register, wherein the system controls application of a protocol comprising a sequence of pulses synchronized with an RF field, the protocol further comprising a timing, a phase, and a duration of each of the pulses comprising a single qubit gate, a period and amplitude of the RF field, and a number of repeats of the sequence, so that application of the protocol controls a coherent spin exchange interaction between a register and a qubit having a zero magnetic dipole moment. The qubit comprises a first spin state and a second spin state both of which have a zero magnetic dipole moment; the register comprises multiple register spins having an energy level structure; and the register spins are indistinguishable so as to be configurable in basis states including a superposition state used for storing the quantum state of the qubit.
