    Abstract: The present invention provides a touch-sensitive panel which contains a substrate, a plurality of first and second electrodes on the substrate, and a detection module connecting with the first and second electrode. The first and second electrodes are arranged alternately both along a lateral direction and a longitudinal direction of an effective touch area of the touch-sensitive panel so that an actual touch area by an object contains a first area involving a first electrode and a second area involving a second electrode where the first and second areas are not identical. The touch-sensitive panel is capable of avoiding ghost positions, and making the electrodes structurally simpler.

The sensing line stretches into the touch-detecting area as the extended sensing line, forming a mutual capacitance in the touch-detecting area. It decreases the dead areas effectively and makes the positioning of touches more accurate.

    Abstract: A touch sensor comprises first and second touch electrode stings. Each first touch electrode string comprises the same number of first touch electrodes in a first direction. Two adjacent first touch electrodes connect by a first or second conductive bridge. The resistance of the bridges is different to adjust the mutual capacitance such that the mutual capacitance or the difference of the mutual capacitance of the first touch electrode strings is the same or within a first predetermined range. Each second touch electrode string comprises the same number of second touch electrodes arranged in a second direction. Two adjacent second touch electrodes connect by a third or forth conductive bridge. The resistance of the bridges is different to adjust the mutual capacitance such that the mutual capacitance or the difference of the mutual capacitance of the second touch electrode strings is the same or within a second predetermined range.
