Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor package is provided, with an integrated heatsink and electrical connection feature. The semiconductor die can be attached to the terminal using eutectic bonding, preferably CuSn eutectic, Ag containing adhesives or Ag sintering material. These bondings are lead (Pb) free connection methods, which make the finished semiconductor package RoHS compliant (restriction of hazardous materials).

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to an apparatus that includes a moveable gripper element that includes a flexible inner sleeve. A mechanical energy source mechanism is communicatively coupled to the moveable gripper element, and the flexible sleeve defines an opening. The mechanical energy source mechanism transfers to the moveable gripper element a gripping force configured to move the moveable outer sleeve, reduce a size of the adjustable opening, and bring the flexible inner sleeve into an initial level of thermal contact with a container positioned within the adjustable opening. A relationship management system that manages a relationship between a business requiring a contact center and a customer service representative broker is also described.

The voice connection is used to transfer an audible request from the first end station to the second end station, to ask the user of the second end station to generate a predetermined vocal response. The first end station compares any response from the second end station to the predetermined vocal response. The connection is determined to be established in response to a successful comparison. The predetermined vocal response includes a predetermined speech sequence comprising characters, a word or words, and a speech recognition procedure is applied to the received response to determine the presence of any speech sequence for comparison with the predetermined sequence. If a fault is detected an alternative connection is established to execute a process to correct the fault.
