    Abstract: A wireless charger system for a battery pack is disclosed. The wireless charger system in one exemplary embodiment may include a wireless charger apparatus for receiving an external power source to transmit a power signal via a charging power transmitter block and a battery pack for receiving a power signal from the wireless charger apparatus to charge power in a battery cell and supplying a power source to a portable terminal block. The wireless charger apparatus may also have an outer body composed of a resonant converter for supplying power to the battery pack and a wireless charger case having a central controller installed inside. The wireless charger case may have a protruded round portion formed around the rear edge and a display block provided as the sloped surface in the front portion thereof.

The wireless power receiving apparatus 20 includes a receiving shield panel 25 and an eddy current reducing member 26 in the side of the secondary core 24 to shield an electromagnetic field generated from the secondary core 24, to thereby protect the charging system and the battery pack from the electromagnetic field.

    Abstract: A battery pack comprising a battery cell having electrode terminals formed on an upper surface of the battery cell, and a protective circuit module (PCM) block mounted on the battery cell, wherein one or more connecting holes for electrical connection between the battery cell and the PCM block are perforated through the PCM block such that a connecting portion between the battery cell and the PCM block is exposed to the outside of the upper surface of the battery cell. The battery pack is lighter, compacter and miniaturized, thereby allowing an electronic device employing the battery pack to be reduced in an overall size, enhancing workability through a simplified assembling process, reducing manufacturing costs through reduction of the number of components, and enhancing productivity through reduction of the number of operating steps by eliminating additional installation steps.
