    Abstract: Provided is a non-ferromagnetic spacing composite layer, comprising first, second and third spacing layers stacked in sequence. The first and third spacing layers are each made of Re, Rh, Ir, W, Mo, Ta, or Nb, and the second spacing layer is made of Ru. The second spacing layer has a thickness of equal to or more than 0.18 nm, and the non-ferromagnetic spacing composite layer has a total thickness of 0.6 nm to 1 nm. Also, provided are a method of preparing the non-ferromagnetic spacing composite layer, a synthetic antiferromagnetic laminated structure, and an MRAM. The synthetic antiferromagnetic laminated structure can maintain a certain coupling strength and the RKKY indirect interaction after thermal treatment, thereby keeping the recording function of MRAM.

The spray coating system comprises a stirring barrel containing a mixture material, a stirrer stirring the mixture material, a control valve used for controlling a spray rate of the packaging material, a nozzle connected to the control valve for spouting the packaging material in spray form, a circulation pipe line connected between the stirring barrel and the control valve and a peristaltic pump mounted at the circulation pipe line. Thereby, the spray coating system is applied to the dispensing process of the LED to stir the packaging material and spout the packaging material in spray form, and can transmit the packaging material remained back to the stirring barrel by the peristaltic pump for avoiding the extraneous entering to the packaging material and blocking the nozzle to advance the spray coating quality and efficiency.

The ER monitoring output unit outputs the difference of the two wavelengths to the ER monitoring control unit. With a relation formula of the wavelength difference, the ER monitoring control unit estimates an optimal resolution bandwidth for setting up the optical spectrum analyzing unit. As such, the optical spectrum analyzing unit measures two optical powers corresponding to level one and level zero of optical signals. With the two optical powers, the ER monitoring output unit computes an ER value.

    Abstract: A non-sampling-based Q-factor measuring apparatus and method use a power conversion module to transform the power variation of inputted optical signals in time domain into the variation in other domains, such as optical wavelength, optical polarization and different output ports of optical elements. Taking optical wavelength as an example, different levels of power variation respond different outputs of wavelength variation through the use of a power-to-wavelength conversion module. An optical filter then separates the inputted optical signals with different wavelengths. The power average of a wavelength for its corresponding optical signals is further calculated by a photo detector. Thereby, the information of the power variation for the inputted optical signals at levels 1 and 0 can be obtained, and the Q-factor for the inputted optical signals is easily measured.
