  • Patent number: 11316453
Abstract: Provided is a control system and method for a power-driven nail gun, which includes a battery, a motor, a flywheel rotating along with the motor, an impacting member receiving kinetic energy of the flywheel and a nail channel providing a channel for a nail to move along therewith when hit by the impacting member. The method includes utilizing a microcontroller to provide a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal for a driving circuit to drive the motor based on the PWM signal; and in response to reaching a target rotation speed by the motor, utilizing the microcontroller to output a corresponding PWM duty to the driving circuit based on the voltage of the battery, to make the motor maintain at the target rotation speed. The nails obtain stable and consistent kinetic energy and stability of nail firing is effectively improved.

  • Publication number: 20030070291
Abstract: A method for making a heat sink of a rectifier has the steps of producing a heat sink of a rectifier; defining blind holes in the heat sink; implanting diodes in the blind holes; and encapsulating the blind holes with insulating material. With such an arrangement, the heat sink of the rectifier is able to dissipate heat of the rectifier directly and effectively and the assembly procedure of the rectifier is simplified.

  • Publication number: 20030070798
Abstract: A heat sink for a rectifier which has two heat sink plates, multiple blind holes defined in the beat sink plates. Multiple assembly diodes each corresponding to one of the blind holes and multiple metal plates each received in the bottom of one of the blind holes and under the bottom of the nail connector. After the metal plates, diode chips and the nail connectors are placed in the blind hole of the heat sink plate, an insulating plate is filled into the blind hole to secure the location of the nail connector and the metal plate, such that because the contraction coefficient of the diode chip during the cooling process increases, the water filtration and particle contamination are avoided. Furthermore, the heat dissipation efficient of the rectifier is increased as well.

  • Patent number: 6205024
Abstract: A heat sink for a rectifier comprises two heat sink plates, six nail connectors and six diodes. Six diodes are formed by with packaging six dice during the heat sink manufacturing process so that the six diodes are completely embedded into six holes. Therefore, the heat generated by rectifying AC power to DC power may be well distributed around the main body of the heat sink to avoid water infiltration and particle contamination. The attachment between diodes and heat sink may be enforced.
