    Abstract: A vehicle window structure for preventing a person from being thrown out, applied to a vehicle, includes a fixing frame. An inner frame surface of the fixing frame is provided with a plurality of fixing portions spaced apart from each other. An arresting net includes at least one plastic rope fixedly connected to the fixing portions in an interlaced manner. The fixing frame is provided with a light-permeable unit that is mounted and fixed within the inner frame surface and covers the arresting net. When the vehicle has an accidental rollover unfortunately, even if the light-permeable unit is damaged or the fixing frame is deformed during the overturning of the vehicle, the arresting net is still able to arrest the user effectively because the arresting net is directly fixed to the fixing frame, thereby preventing the user from being thrown out of the vehicle.

The communication system includes at least two user equipments, at least two remote radio heads (RRHs) and the coordinator. Each of the RRHs electrically connects a plurality of antennas. The coordinator includes a scanning unit, a storing unit and a scheduling unit. The scanning unit operates the measurement of a performance of each of the antennas used for each of the user equipments by antenna sweeping. The RRHs are classified into at least one group. The scheduling unit schedules the communication of the user equipments. At least some of the user equipments using the same one of the at least one group are scheduled in different time slots to prevent from interference.

The multi-cell coordination system includes a plurality of Radio Frequency Nodes (RFNs) and a Baseband Processing Node (BPN). Each of the RFNs includes a baseband circuit, a radio frequency (RF) circuit, and a plurality of transmission ports. The RF circuit is electrically connected to the baseband circuit and to one or more antennas. The transmission ports of each RFN are configured to transmit data to the other RFNs and to receive data provided by the other RFNs. The BPN centralizes and performs layer 2 and layer 3 functions of each cell.

    Abstract: A vehicle device for protecting passengers from being thrown out is disposed at an inner side of a window of a vehicle. The vehicle device includes two rail units disposed at two opposing sides of the window and a block unit disposed between the rail units. The block unit is connected with a drive unit. The drive unit is connected with a control unit. When the control unit detects that the vehicle is about to roll, the control unit will actuate the drive unit to drive the block unit so that the block unit is rapidly unfolded to block the entire window. Thereby, when the vehicle is rolling, the vehicle device can effectively protect the passengers from being thrown out of the vehicle, improving the safety of the vehicle greatly.

    Abstract: A multi-filter PM 10-PM 2.5 sampler which enable the simultaneous collection of four PM 10 and four PM 2.5 samples is disclosed. The sampler is provided with a PM 10 impactor to remove coarse particles and operates at 33.4 L/min. After the PM 10 impactor, the aerosol flow is divided by half by a branch pipe. Half of the flow is directed into four PM 10 cassettes, while the other half is directed into four PM 2.5 cassettes after the aerosols are further classified by a PM 2.5 impactor. To ensure the aerosol flow uniformly passes through each of the four PM 10 or four PM 2.5 cassettes, an orifice plate is assembled behind each of the filter cassettes to increase the pressure drop, such that the flow rates of eight sampling lines are nearly equal.

    Abstract: A portable nanoparticle sampler for collecting respirable particulate matters and nanoparticles is composed of a tangential flow cyclone, a multi-microorifice impactor and a filter cassette. The tangential flow cyclone can remove the microparticles with cutoff aerodynamic diameter (dpa) larger than 4 ?m and guide the airflow to the multi-microorifice impactor located below the cyclone. The multi-microorifice impactor includes a multi-orifice nozzle and a rotary impaction plate for enabling the microparticles with dpa from 100 nm to 4 ?m to be uniformly collected on a silicone-oil-coated impaction substrate. The remnant microparticles with dpa smaller than 100 nm are collected by the filter cassette. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the portable nanoparticle sampler is characterized by low pressure loss and accurate microparticle sizing to meet the requirement of nanoparticle sampling at workplaces.

The sync pattern detector counts the BCA signal according to a reference clock, detects a sync pattern of the BCA signal and outputs a channel bit length counting value. The channel clock recovery device generates a channel clock according to the reference clock and the channel bit length counting value. The data demodulator transfers the BCA signal into a BCA data according to the channel clock. The sync pattern detector continuously counts the BCA signal and continuously outputs a plurality of counting values, so that the sync pattern of the BCA signal can be determined according to at least three sequential counting values.

The method comprises the following steps: recording the deviation of the focal point during each predetermined period when the focal point of the energy beam is fallen in the accessible range such that the optical disc recording/reproducing device is operated in a feedback control mode; determining a focus-searching range based on the recorded deviation of the focal point; and moving the focal point in the focus-searching range to make the focal point to fall in the accessible range when the focal point of the energy beam is fallen out of the accessible range such that the optical disc recording/reproducing device is operated in a focus-searching mode.
