    Abstract: A surgical suture is provided, which includes a hollow cone and a thread. The cone has a front opening and a rear opening at two opposite ends thereof, wherein a diameter of the front opening is smaller than a diameter of the rear opening. The thread passes through the cone, and integrally includes at least two protrusions thereon, which are separated from each other by a certain distance. Each of the protrusions has a width in a radial direction of the thread, wherein the width is greater than a diameter of the thread, and is smaller than the diameter of the rear opening whereby, with the integrally provided protrusions, the cones can be located on the corresponding positions of the thread.

The concentration of the front-end catalyst is less than the concentration of the back-end catalyst, and the concentration of the middle-end catalyst is decided via a computer simulation of reaction parameters.     Abstract: A tagging mechanism supporting different QoS categories for IP/Port services in a cellular radio network is proposed. Tags are used to differentiate different types of services and corresponding QoS requirements. At the sender side, the sender of the IP packets is able to distinguish different types of services by tagging one or multiple bits for finer QoS control. For downlink IP traffic, the tagging function can be done at the base station. For uplink IP traffic, the tagging function can be done at the UE. At the receiver side, the receiver delivers the IP packets using out-of-sequence delivery for delay sensitive packets. With tagging and out-of-sequence delivery, the delay sensitive packets can reduce CN latency and transmission latency.
