    Abstract: Provided herein is a method for treating an oral cancer in a subject. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the method comprises respectively obtaining a first and a second biological samples from a lesion site and a non-lesion site of the subject; respectively measuring the expression levels of CHEK1, PIK3CA, or PIK3CD in both biological samples by qRT-PCR thereby obtaining a first and a second expression level; determining the ratio of the first to the second expression level; and administering to the subject an effective amount of a checkpoint kinase 1 inhibitor when the ratio for CHEK1 is at least 1.7 or a phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase inhibitor when the ratio for PIK3CA is at least 2.4, or when the ratio for PIK3CD is at least 3.1.

    Abstract: A control circuit having extended hold-up time is coupled to a bus path of a conversion circuit. The control circuit includes a bypass circuit, an energy storage capacitor, and an auxiliary power circuit. The auxiliary power circuit supplies an energy storage voltage to the energy storage capacitor according to a working voltage provided by the conversion circuit. When a bus voltage of the bus path is less than or equal to the energy storage voltage, the energy storage voltage is supplied to the bus path through the bypass circuit so that the bus voltage is greater than or equal to a predetermined voltage within a hold-up time.

    Abstract: A system for IPsec-compliant network address port translation. The system comprises a communication unit, a storage device, and a processor. The communication unit receives an outgoing first Internet Key Exchange (IKE) packet and a first incoming Encapsulating Security Payload (ESP) packet. The IKE packet comprises an IP header specifying a private source IP address and a first destination IP address. The ESP packet comprises a first source IP address and a second destination IP address, wherein the first source IP address equals the first destination IP address. The storage device stores the private source IP address and the first destination IP address in corresponding fields of a first table. The processor, connected to the communication unit and the storage device, retrieves the first source IP address of the first ESP packet, searches the first table for a match of the first source IP address, and substitutes the searched match for the second destination IP address of the ESP packet.
