  • Publication number: 20110203178
Abstract: A case cover structure for fall prevention which is applied in automatic sliding doors is disclosed. The structure includes a main frame, at least one bearing plate, at least one absorption element and a cover. The bearing plate is fixed on the main frame and has a receiving groove. The absorption element is disposed in the receiving groove of the bearing plate. The cover is disposed on one side of the main frame and has a corresponding groove opposite to the receiving groove. An absorbed element is disposed in the corresponding groove. The absorption element absorbs and fixes the absorbed element so that the cover is fixed on one side of the main frame. Accordingly, the present invention can effectively prevent the case cover for an automatic door from falling during maintenance and enhance convenience and security for maintenance.

  • Patent number: 6737786
Abstract: The present invention proposes an electromotor or generator having an inner stator portion with stator coils and inbuilt switches. The inner stator portion lets an electromotor or generator have KE and KT of different levels in the range of low, middle, or high rotation speed. Variations of KE and KT let the electromotor or generator obtain characteristics of uniform and high efficient operation and “low rotation speed and high torsion” and “high rotation speed and high horsepower”. A hollow inner hole is formed at an inner stator ring portion end. Two end cover plates at the inner ring portion end cover two end faces of the hollow inner hole. The inner ring portion end forms a hollow space after being covered to dispose the switches. The object of the present invention is to resolve complexity and inconvenience of wiring engineering between stator coils and switches in the electromotor or generator.

  • Publication number: 20040007933
Abstract: An assembly type stator structure having flat coils is provided, whereby the occupation ratio of stator coils in stator wire grooves can be enhanced under the working condition of high current. Moreover, an accurate number of turns of coils can be provided so that the torsion coefficient KT or the counter electro force coefficient KE of an electromotor or a generator can be precisely controlled, thereby a more accurate rated maximal rotation speed can be designed for an electromotor or a generator of a certain volume. The flat coils are wound with a high occupation ratio so that the impedance of copper wire of the flat coils can be reduced. Therefore, an electromotor or a generator using the flat coils can have a higher operational efficiency and a more accurately set rated maximal operational speed.

  • Publication number: 20030221887
Abstract: The present invention provides an electric wheel structure capable of being directly driven by motor power, wherein a wheel, a motor, and a power transmission structure are jointly structured to directly drive an electric wheel. The object is to provide a better power transmission efficiency and avoid the contamination of external environment to the power transmission structure, thereby enhancing the power transmission efficiency, lengthening the lifetime of use of the electric vehicle, and simplifying the maintenance. The present invention lets the power transmission structure directly drive a wheel axle. A support frame bearing is installed between the wheel axle and a wheel support frame, and is used as a transmission interface between the vehicle load and the wheel axle. The motor structure body is fixedly installed at the wheel support frame. The power transmission output end directly drives the wheel axle to lead the wheel structure to rotate.

  • Patent number: 6586857
Abstract: A plurality of magnetic sensors are provided in a magneto motor to sense variations of rotating poles of rotor magnets. One of the magnetic sensors is provided to let the exciting current of stator coils and the rotating poles of the rotor interchange orthogonally, and the others are provided to let the exciting current of the stator coils and the rotating poles of the rotor interchange non-orthogonally. The magnetic sensor letting the stator coils and the rotor magnets orthogonally excite each other will let the magnetic flux density of the armature gap be highest, and the others letting the stator coils and the rotor magnets non-orthogonally excite each other will generate an effect similar to weak magnetic control.

  • Patent number: 6573632
Abstract: The present invention separates stator teeth from stator portions into unit bodies to enhance effective operational efficiency of an electromotor or a generator. The unit bodies are respectively sleeved in insulating wire groove seats having annularly closed stable devices so that the stator coils can be disposed in the insulating wire groove seats with a higher occupied ratio of volume. A left and a right ends of teeth back face end portions of the insulating wire groove seats form two sideward-standing face portions, which correspond to and join each other to form an annularly closed stable joint. Thereby, swing oscillation generated by armature reaction of the stator teeth with rotor magnets can be eliminated, and the structural strength of the assembled stator portions can be enhanced. Therefore, the armature reaction between the stator portions and the rotor magnets can keep stable operation.

  • Patent number: 6570365
Abstract: Several sets of magnetic sensors are provided in a magneto motor to sense rotary pole variation of the rotor magnet. One set of magnetic sensors lets the stator portion and the rotor portion generate armature reaction of stronger magnetic flux density, and another set of magnetic sensors corresponds to rotary pole variation of the permanent magnet of the rotor portion in advance to let the motor generate weak magnetic control phenomenon so that the stator portion and the rotor portion generate armature reaction of weaker magnetic flux density. The torsion coefficient KT will decrease to increase the rotation speed of the rotor portion. A motor can be designed to have a larger KT. When the motor needs to operate at higher rotation speeds, a magnetic detection selection circuit will output a detection output signal letting the motor generate a lower KT to increase the rotation speed of the magneto motor.

  • Patent number: 6566784
Abstract: The present invention provides a stator structure, which keeps a lower cogging torque in the rotation direction of a motor at the same time of raising the magnetic reluctance between adjacent tooth holders of the stator. A tooth-holding end of each of each of the tooth holders in the rotation direction of heavy load is reserved, while the other tooth-holding end in the reverse direction is cut, hence forming a single-arm tooth holder with two asymmetric sides. Because a higher magnetic reluctance is generated between adjacent single-arm tooth holders, the self coupling phenomenon of magnetic lines of force between adjacent tooth holders of the stator can be reduced when the magneto motor operates under a high load. Armature reaction of the magneto motor operating under a high load can thus be intensified to enhance the operational efficiency, stability, and smoothness thereof.

  • Patent number: 6483213
Abstract: A motor hiding with a driving control circuit is disclosed. The motor stator excited coil is installed with an excited coil connecting plate for being connected with the coil completely. Then, the input and output signal ends and the detecting control ends passes through the through holes of the rear motor cover of the motor insulatedly, and is conductive to the circuit board of the driving control circuit for signal transformation. A lower momentum rotor has a hollow cylinder. Two panels at two ends serve to cover the two ends of the cylinder. Centers of the panels are aligned so that the rotor spindle is tightly engaged in the holes and thus, the supporting of the rotor is enhanced and a weight of the rotor is reduced, and therefore, the rotary momentum of the motor rotor is reduced.

Abstract: A high performance stator device is used to a stator device of an electromotive machine or a generator. The stator portion of an electromotive machine or a generator is provided with a plurality of coils. The wire head and wire tail of each coil are independent. Various coils are connected through a switch control system. Then the connected stator has a single phases or three phases network forms. Through the control of a switch control system, the numbers of windings of the stator portion can have various forms. The change of the number of windings may change the inverse electromotive force KE and twisting force constant KT. In the low, middle, and high operation ranges, the electromotive machine or generator may retain average high operation efficiency. Moreover, the KT is increased greatly, since T=KT·I, so the output twisting force has various forms.
