  • Publication number: 20180109161
Abstract: The present invention provides a motor with differential matching gear. This motor comprises a stator, a rotor, an externally inner gear, an internally outer gear, an output shaft, and a motor housing. The stator produces magnetic lines of force, causing the rotor to rotate at a first revolving speed. The rotor has an asymmetric wall thickness configuration. The externally inner gear has a plurality of inner teeth. The rotor dynamically changes the axle center of the externally inner gear by moving it when rotating. The internally outer gear has a plurality of outer teeth. The inner teeth partially mesh the outer teeth when the externally inner gear rotates; and the axle center of the internally outer gear remains unchanged when the internally outer gear rotates. The output shaft is driven by the internally outer gear so that it rotates at a second revolving speed less than the first revolving speed.

  • Publication number: 20150247563
Abstract: The invention provides a high torque power module comprised a power unit and a reduction unit. The power unit outputs a first horsepower with a first rotating speed and a first torque. The reduction unit decreases the first rotating speed to a second rotating speed, and the first torque is increased to a second torque. The reduction unit outputs a second horsepower. The present invention converts a power with high rotating speed and low torque to a power with low rotating speed and high torque by the reduction unit. The high torque power module has the advantages of low rotating speed, high torque, small size, and low cost.

  • Publication number: 20150246710
Abstract: The invention provides a power module of an electric bicycle comprising a first power unit, a reduction unit, a second power unit, and a driving unit. The first power unit outputs a first horsepower with a first rotating speed and a first torque. The reduction unit decreases the first rotating speed to a second rotating speed, and the first torque is increased to a second torque. The reduction unit outputs a second horsepower. The second power unit outputs a third horsepower. The driving unit is coupled with the reduction unit and the second power unit for outputting either the second horsepower or the third horsepower. The power module has the advantages of low speed, high torque, small size, and low cost.

  • Publication number: 20150247539
Abstract: A bearings coordination mechanism comprises a first ring-shaped body, a flange and a second ring-shaped body. The first ring-shaped body forms a first accommodating space. The flange forms a second accommodating space and disposed in the first accommodating space. The second ring-shaped body is disposed in the second accommodating space. The outer side of the flange is coupled with an inner side of the first ring-shaped body in a single direction to form a first one-way bearing and an inner side of the flange is coupled with an outer side of the second ring-shaped body in the single direction to form a second one-way bearing. The structure of the present invention is capable to execute modes of operation in forward or backward direction. Moreover, the present invention further provides a bearings coordination system for executing forward and backward operation modes simultaneously.

  • Patent number: 8869651
Abstract: A harmonic reducer with clutch function includes a circular spline, a mounting base, a flexspline and a wave generator. When a power source drives the wave generator to rotate in a first direction, a one-way clutch engages to lock the mounting base so as to deform the flexspline and hence rotate the circular spline in the first direction. When an external force is applied to the output shaft in the first direction, the mounting base is driven by the flexspline so the one-way clutch disposed thereon is disengaged by a force in a second direction. At this moment, the rotation speed of the wave generator is equal to zero relative to the flexspline, so the wave generator can be driven by the circular spline to rotate along with the flexspline, and the central axel of the wave generator can be driven to rotate as well.

  • Publication number: 20140206488
Abstract: A harmonic drive includes a housing, a first gear, a second gear, an eccentric shaft, and a power outputting unit. The first gear is fixed to the housing, and has a first number of internal teeth. The second gear is engaged with the first gear, and has a second number of external teeth. The second number is different from the first number. The eccentric shaft is coupled to the second gear for driving the second gear to eccentrically rotate relative to the first gear. The power outputting unit is coupled to the second gear for converting eccentric rotation of the second gear to rotary power.

  • Publication number: 20130333516
Abstract: A flexspline structure of a harmonic reducer is disclosed, comprising a circular spline, a flexspline and a wave generator. The flexspline is manufactured from tubular material into a thin-walled cylinder with external gear and is assembled with the circular spline. The wave generator is assembled with the flexspline and a power source, so the flexspline deforms and engages with the circular spline partially. The flexspline is fixed while the circular spline is connected to an output shaft. When the power source drives the wave generator to rotate, the flexspline also drives the circular spline and the output shaft to rotate simultaneously. The flexspline in the disclosure is manufactured directly from tubular material to eliminate the forging process in the conventional flexspline processing, so the material wear is reduced and processing time of lathing and gear hobbing are decreased noticeably as well.

  • Publication number: 20130333505
Abstract: A harmonic reducer with a stationary gear includes a stationary gear, a circular spline, a flexspline and a wave generator. The wave generator is assembled with the flexspline and a power source, and then the flexspline is assembled with the stationary gear and the circular spline. The flexspline is deformed when assembled, so the external gear thereof partially engages the first internal gear of the stationary gear and the second internal gear of the circular spline. The stationary gear is fixed, so when the power source drives the wave generator to rotate, the flexspline deforms but does not rotate in relative to the stationary gear. In relative to the circular spline, the flexspline both deforms and rotates relatively, so the circular spline and the output shaft rotate in a reducing speed simultaneously.

  • Publication number: 20130333515
Abstract: A flexspline mounting structure of a harmonic reducer includes a circular spline, a flexspline and a wave generator. The flexspline is fixed and mounted to a mounting base with a plurality of elastic walls, and then the mounting base is mounted to the casing of the reducer. The circular spline is connected to an output shaft, so when the power source drives the wave generator to rotate, the flexspline also drives the circular spline and the output shaft to rotate simultaneously. By mounting the flexspline on the flexible elastic walls of the mounting base, the present invention can overcome the drawback of the uneven internal stress of the flesxspline during deformation, so the rupture of the flexspline can be reduced and the life thereof can be prolonged.

  • Publication number: 20130327179
Abstract: A harmonic reducer with stationary flexspline is disclosed comprising a circular spline, a flexspline and a wave generator. The flexspline is assembled with the circular spline and the wave generator is assembled with the flexspline and a power source, so the flexspline deforms and partially engages with the circular spline. The flexspline is fixed while the circular spline is connected to an output shaft. Thus, when the power source drives the wave generator to rotate, the flexspline also drives the circular spline and the output shaft to rotate simultaneously.
