Abstract: Disclosed is an in-shoe support device for heeled shoes, comprising: a first end, a second end, a first support portion, a second support portion, and a third support portion. The design of the thickness distribution and its correspondence to the foot position in heeled shoes can alter a curvature of a foot bed of a heeled shoe. As such, it is able to increase the contact areas of midfoot and rearfoot, and provide sufficient support for the midfoot. Also, it can reduce the tendency of a foot to slide forward in the heeled shoe, creating a backward-shifting of a center of gravity, and creating a better weight-bearing environment for the foot.

Abstract: An anatomy-based biomechanic shoe sole comprises an inner arch supporting segment bulging toward a arched human plantar surface, an outer arch supporting segment bulging toward the arched human plantar surface, and a depressed calcaneus supporting segment formed fitting the arched human plantar surface. The aforesaid supporting segments are respectively arranged at an optimum position that is determined through measurement based on foot anatomy so that the supporting segments are effective to mitigate the pressure borne by a human foot and enhance comfort to the human foot in the perspective of biomechanics.

Abstract: A composite shoe sole, composed of an upper layer and a lower layer, wherein the upper layer is integrally formed of a soft material and the lower layer is integrally formed of a hard material, the lower layer being formed with a notch at a location corresponding to a right side of thenar, or right-side region of phalanx, the upper layer being formed with a projection at a location corresponding to the notch, such that the upper layer and lower layer are joined to each other by means of engagement between the projection and notch to form a shoe sole having a soft upper layer with elastic and shock-absorbing effects for relieving foot pressure, and a hard lower layer for providing upward support to the soft upper layer so as to prevent cave-in, thereby providing good bottom support, elastic air cushioning and shock-absorbing effects.
