  • Publication number: 20230012180
Abstract: An electric hydraulic brake includes: wheel brakes configured to braking force to wheels of a vehicle; a reservoir storing brake oil; a master cylinder connected to the reservoir, and operated in conjunction with a main brake motor to generate pressure of the brake oil; a first controller configured to control the main brake motor; a hydraulic controller including a pump configured to form pressure of the brake oil in conjunction with an auxiliary brake motor, and a hydraulic block configured to selectively transmit the pressure of the brake oil formed in the master cylinder or the pump to the wheel brakes; and a second controller configured to control the auxiliary brake motor when the master cylinder or the first controller malfunctions. The hydraulic controller is provided with an auxiliary flow path to transmit the brake oil from the reservoir to the pump directly through the auxiliary flow path.

  • Publication number: 20230008172
Abstract: An electric hydraulic brake includes: wheel brakes configured to supply braking force to wheels of a vehicle; a main braking unit including a reservoir which stores brake oil, and a master cylinder configured to form pressure of the brake oil in conjunction with a main brake motor; and a hydraulic controller comprising at least one pump configured to pump the brake oil in conjunction with an auxiliary brake motor, and configured to selectively transmit the pressure of the brake oil formed in the master cylinder or the pump to the wheel brakes. The hydraulic controller includes at least one auxiliary flow path which is connected at a first end thereof to the reservoir and is connected at a second end thereof to an inlet of the pump to transmit hydraulic pressure from the reservoir to the pump directly through the at least one auxiliary flow path.

  • Publication number: 20150166027
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a hydraulic brake system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a hydraulic brake system having a hydraulic block in which first and second hydraulic circuits for respectively controlling an oil pressure transmitted to two wheels are formed includes first and second inlet flow paths through which an oil pressure discharged from a pump disposed in a main flow path of each of the hydraulic circuits flows in and first and second outlet flow paths through which the flowing-in oil pressure is discharged are formed in the hydraulic block, and a pressure buffer device that is mounted in a flow path of the hydraulic block connecting the main flow path of each of the hydraulic circuits to thereby damp the oil pressure discharged from each pump, wherein the pressure buffer device includes a check valve that communicates with the inlet and outlet flow paths of each of the hydraulic circuits and prevents the oil pressure from flowing back from the outlet flow path.

  • Publication number: 20150145322
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a pressure damping device for a brake system which may reduce pressure pulsations generated by a piston pump. The pressure damping device is installed at a brake system having a hydraulic block provided with a first hydraulic circuit to control transfer of fluid pressures generated at a first port of a master cylinder and discharged from a first pump, and a second hydraulic circuit to control transfer of fluid pressures generated by a second port of the master cylinder and discharged from a second pump. The hydraulic block is provided with a bore connecting the master cylinder with a discharge outlet of each of the pumps and formed between main oil channels. The pressure damping device is provided in the bore, has a changeable volume, and includes a stopper member and a damping member. The damping member includes a ring-shaped elastic member and a plate.
