  • Publication number: 20040233680
Abstract: The present invention provides a gas-controlled floating structure for bubble tubes. It is related to a plastic disk composed of a ring and a cover. On the rim of the ring is a plurality of airflow grooves arranged in an equidistant manner. In the bottom of the cover is a concave air storage chamber. When the plastic disk is fitted into a bubble tube, the concave air storage chamber will be facing the tube base next to the lampshade, while keeping a suitable distance away from the arc-shaped surface of the tube base. Once the light bulb under the tube base senses the heat, the arc-shaped surface of the tube base will be heated up by the covering disk. Bubbles appear, whenever hot air starts to accumulate in the concave air storage chamber. The emerging bubbles then rise gradually through the equidistant airflow grooves installed on the rim of the ring. Eventually, owing to the accumulation of hot air, bubbles will be flowing in an esthetic manner.

  • Publication number: 20030015952
Abstract: This invention relates to C type bulb center column construction., The main characteristic consists in a mass to combine the tie two lead wires, should combine central pivot tie of mass a the center tube present the cross shape, make two lead wires because of in the center tube however compartment two side end. Make the tungsten silk anti because of concentration by two the sides keep a safe space to let divide equally draw apart get anti is interlacing short, and the drubbing one construction do not share the space and then order the lamp turn down the heat energy to lift to increase the service life. This case differ early times center column depend on oviduct, center column composition piece complicated, manufacture to do not occupy the bigger space easily to wait for the defect, energy doubly life compliant reduction production process, promote the quality stability application capability.

  • Publication number: 20030012016
Abstract: This invention relates to a protective tube having a light convergent flash lamp, wherein a protruded legs is integrally disposed at the end of the tube for embedding the covering ring in the grooves, such that the protruded legs locates just above the light source of the flash lamp, and the end side of the bulb shell is fused with the glass bulb collecting the light an the arc angle to reflect the light towards the protruded legs. The protruded legs guides the light energy to the entire tube and put the light effect into full play. Special interesting patterns at the upper section of the tube gives excellent viewing effect. This invention keeps a suitable distance between the diameter of the tube and the flash lamp to prevent them from being damaged due to transportation or collision. This invention is characterized that it guides the light with interesting patterns and also has the function of protecting the light bulb.

  • Patent number: 6478449
Abstract: An LED bulb in a water lamp tube is disclosed. Two light emitting chips in an LED are punched to trim the edges so that two correspondent light emitting pieces are left. A first pin and a second pin are spaced with a distance for positioning a combining plate. The two pins are cut so that the first pin is a smooth post; while a distal end of the second pin is extended to two sides like a T shape. By the aforesaid structure, the second pin of a bulb encloses the first pin of another bulb through 180 degrees; by repeating the process, many bulbs are connected in series so that the bulbs are conductive to each other. Alternatively, the first pin is extended to two sides like a T shape; while a distal end of the second pin is extended to two sides like a T shape. A lead is used to connect two bulbs and two ends of the conductive leads are enclosed by the T shape pins of second bulbs through 180 degrees. As a result, the light emitted is stable and the lifetime will be prolonged.

  • Publication number: 20020093819
Abstract: A rapidly directional assembled and water-proof lamp comprises a bulb, a washer, and a seat. The bulb has a casing connected to a flat engaging portion, and each surface of the flat engaging portion is installed with a trench and a longitudinal groove. A flat groove is formed in the seat with two opposite outer walls. Each wall has a transverse block and a longitudinal strip at position with respect to the trench and longitudinal groove of the flat groove. Thereby, the bulb is directionally engaged with the seat; and a front opening of the flat groove has a toggle. An annular flange is formed below the toggle so that the bulb and seat are engaged. The annular flange and the toggle buckle a cambered portion of the bulb; and thus, by the elastic force of the annular flange and the washer, water will not permeate into the bulb to induce a short circuit. Therefore, a bulb with functions of rapidly directional assembly and water-proof is formed.

  • Publication number: 20020085378
Abstract: The present invention relates to a series of connected light bulbs for water-tube decoration, characterized in that the serial connection of light bulb is accomplished by stamping a metallic board into a serial connection of conductive legs for the light emitting diode as a whole. After wrapping and fixing the light emitting plate in position by plastic material, it only needs to directly pull the conductive legs apart with appropriate intervals, and the series of connected light bulbs according to the present invention is formed. Such connection of the conductive legs of the bulb gives a whole piece structure with conductivity of high precision and enhances the stability of the light emission to extend the life of its usage and to show its industrial practicability and value.
