    Abstract: An apparatus includes a fan module and an elongated lens. The fan module includes a housing and a cover plate having a plurality of apertures. The elongated lens includes a head portion that extends through one of the apertures of the cover plate. The head portion has a first dimension and a second dimension. The aperture also has a first dimension and a second dimension. The first dimension of the head portion is less than the first dimension of the aperture and is greater than the second dimension of the aperture. When the first dimension of the head portion is aligned with the first dimension of the aperture, the aperture permits the head portion to pass through the aperture. When the first dimension of the head portion is aligned with the second dimension of the aperture, the aperture prevents the head portion from passing through the aperture.

The inputs include a markdown budget constraint that applies across all retailer stores, a group of store-product data sets that each include initial prices and markdown start prices of different combinations of products within all of the retailer stores, and a markdown objective, selected from a group including profit, revenue, and sales volume, to be maximized within the markdown budget constraint. The inputs are received from the retailer using the markdown budget user interface and the large-scale computational resources are invoked to determine a markdown recommendation that includes an indication of the store-product data sets that satisfy both the markdown budget constraint and the markdown objective. The markdown recommendation is provided to the retailer.

The first result set and the second result set are merged to form a merged result set of documents. The documents from the merged result set are displayed in response to the search request.

Even when a phone is moved from one location to another inside a moving car, the system will detect this movement, record the sensor data, and estimate the phone's destination location. The system captures the trajectory of each phone movement, the change of magnetic field, and the RSSI readings from the car Bluetooth transceiver, and then estimates the phone's destination location by matching the trajectory with the variation of magnetic field and the Bluetooth RSSI readings.
