    Abstract: The present invention is appertaining to a water-soluble photosensitive composition of photodynamic environmental disinfection and method of environmental disinfection by using the same. In this method, a short-term atomization step and a white light irradiation step with a low light dose are performed on the water-soluble photosensitive composition composed of water, low-concentration methylene blue and hydrogen peroxide to obtain photoactivated atomized particles, which can be performed in a sequential or simultaneous manner. The producing method comprises: (a) mixing a nanocube of PB or PBA with an acid solution to form a mixture; and (b) heating the mixture of the step (a) in an oil bath at 80-100° C. for 0.5 hours-1 month to produce the nanoframe of PB or PBA. The validation information, which is used to weight the original pseudo-labeled training examples, is produced by selecting labeled training examples based on an uncertainty-based factor and a similarity-based factor. The uncertainty-based factor describes an extent to which the student model produces uncertain classification results for the set of labeled training examples. The similarity-based factor describes the similarity between the set of labeled training examples and the unlabeled training examples.

    Abstract: As deposited, hard mask thin films have internal stress components which are an artifact of the material, thickness, deposition process of the mask layer as well as of the underlying materials and topography. This internal stress can cause distortion and twisting of the mask layer when it is patterned, especially when sub-micron critical dimensions are being patterned. A stress-compensating process is employed to reduce the impact of this internal stress. Heat treatment can be employed to relax the stress, as an example.
