  • Patent number: 11978497
Abstract: Disclosed is a DDR SDRAM signal calibration device capable of adapting to the variation of voltage and/or temperature. The device includes: an enablement signal setting circuit configured to generate data strobe (DQS) enablement setting; a signal gating circuit configured to generate a DQS enablement setting signal and a DQS enablement signal according to the DQS enablement setting and then output a gated DQS signal according to the DQS enablement signal and a DQS signal; and a calibration circuit configured to generate a first delay signal according to the DQS enablement setting signal and generate a second delay signal according to the first delay signal, the calibration circuit further configured to generate a calibration signal according to the first and second delay signals and the DQS signal. The enablement signal setting circuit maintains or adjusts the DQS enablement setting according to the calibration signal.

  • Patent number: 11118150
Abstract: A layered, microfluidic array is disclosed. The array has a first layer with a culture channels extending in a first longitudinal direction. Each culture channel includes multiple traps that entrap cell or tissue samples. The array also has a second layer with microfluidic channels extending in a second longitudinal direction that is orthogonal the first longitudinal direction. A third layer, disposed between the first layer and the second layer, has pores arranged within the third layer such that each nest is vertically stacked above, and fluidly connected with, a corresponding culture chamber in the first layer. Each nest is fluidly isolated from adjacent nests by a fluid impermeable region of the third layer such that horizontal diffusion of water within the third layer is prevented.

  • Publication number: 20160340631
Abstract: A layered, microfluidic array is disclosed. The array comprises a first layer comprising at least one culture channel; a second layer comprising at least one microfluidic channel; and a third layer, disposed between the first layer and the second layer. The third layer comprises a filter membrane with a plurality of pores, each pore fluidly connecting the microfluidic channel to the culture channel.

  • Patent number: 9348425
Abstract: A glass keyboard includes a patterned glass sheet having a plurality of glass keys arranged in a keyboard layout. Each of the glass keys includes one or more cantilevered glass tabs integrally formed in the patterned glass sheet. Each glass tab is deflectable from a plane of the patterned glass sheet. A conductive layer is arranged in opposing and spaced-apart relation to the patterned glass sheet. The conductive layer has a plurality of contact pads in positions corresponding to the glass tabs. A plurality of pressure pads is disposed between the cantilevered glass tabs and the contact pads and configured to selectively transfer contact pressure from the cantilevered glass tabs to the contact pads when the cantilevered glass tabs are selectively deflected from the plane of the patterned glass sheet.
