    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a UE (User Equipment). In one embodiment, the method includes the UE being configured with a control resource set (CORESET). The method further includes the UE receiving a Downlink Control Information (DCI) on the CORESET, wherein an index is included in the DCI and the index indicates a time domain resource allocation pattern. The method also includes the UE receiving data in Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbols determined according to the time domain resource allocation pattern, wherein a range of the time domain resource allocation pattern starts from the first OFDM symbol of the CORESET or after an offset from the first OFDM symbol of the CORESET, and the range of the time domain resource allocation pattern may end across a slot boundary.

    Abstract: In an example, a UE receives, from a network, a configuration of a sidelink resource pool. Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel (PSFCH) resources of the sidelink resource pool are configured, periodically with a period of N slots, in slots of the sidelink resource pool. The UE receives, from the network, a configuration with a set of time offsets for determining an association set. The UE determines one or more slots. Each slot of the one or more slots is in the association set and contains a PSFCH resource of the sidelink resource pool. The UE generates a sidelink Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook based upon one or more occasions associated with one or more PSFCH resources of the sidelink resource pool. The one or more occasions is determined or derived based upon the one or more slots and the period of N slots.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a second User Equipment (UE) for performing sidelink transmission to a first UE. In one embodiment, the method includes the second UE generating a MAC (Medium Access Control) CE (Control Element) with a fixed or (pre-defined) priority value, wherein the MAC CE is for transmitting to the first UE. The method further includes the second UE generating a MAC PDU (Protocol Data Unit) comprising the MAC CE and sidelink data from one or more sidelink logical channels, wherein the sidelink data is available for transmitting to the first UE. Furthermore, the method includes the second UE setting a priority field in a first SCI to a fixed or (pre-defined) priority value of the MAC CE. In addition, the method includes the second UE transmitting the first SCI to the first UE, wherein the first SCI schedules a first sidelink transmission for transmitting the MAC PDU.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for handling device-to-device feedback transmission in a wireless communication system are disclosed herein. In one method, a first device receives a configuration for operating in a network scheduling mode for acquiring sidelink resources. If the first device has no available sidelink resource for transmitting the report, the first device triggers a scheduling request.
