    Abstract: The present invention provides a method of forming tight-pitched patterns. First, a target pattern is provided, wherein the target pattern comprises a plurality of first stripe patterns, and each of the first stripe patterns has a first width and a first length. Then, a photomask comprising a plurality of second stripe patterns corresponding to the first stripe patterns is provided, and each of the second stripe patterns has a second width and a second length. Then, a first exposure process with the photomask is provided in an exposure system, wherein the first exposure process uses a first light source that can resolve the second width of each of the second stripe patterns. Lastly, a second exposure process with the photo-mask is provided in the exposure system, wherein the second exposure process uses a second light source that cannot resolve the second width of each of the second stripe patterns.

First, a simulated optimal correlation and a simulated defocus correlation of each illumination source are provided. Second, an optimal peak is determined, a defocus peak is determined, and an optimal correlation slope and a defocus correlation slope are determined. An optimal correlation ratio and a peak variation are calculated. A correlation variation is calculated from the optimal correlation ratio and the defocus correlation ratio. Next, a weighted variation is determined from the peak variation and the correlation variation. An illumination source of a lowest weighted variation among a plurality of the illumination sources is determined to be an illumination source with optimized depth of focus.

The adhesion layer is disposed under the main layer, and the material of the adhesion layer is thermoplastic resin which is adhesive when being heated, so that the laminated material can be directly attached to another element, thereby simplifying the process and reducing cost.

    Abstract: In a method for making extensible artificial leather, a substrate is supported on in-extensible woven cloth and firmly located on a coating machine. A highly solid-containing water-based polyurethane resin is coated on the substrate to form a middle layer with tiny open cells. The middle layer is dried, and the woven cloth is removed from the substrate. A superficial layer of polyurethane is attached to the middle layer in a dry process so that the extensible artificial leather is made with excellent strength against peeling, abrasion and dissolution.
