    Abstract: A cutting fluid digital monitoring and management system and method are provided, applicable to a computer numerical control (CNC) machining device. The CNC machining device has a cutting fluid tank configured to accommodate a cutting fluid. The cutting fluid digital monitoring and management system includes: a detection tank, configured to extract a cutting fluid from the cutting fluid tank through a motor and an electrically controlled water valve; a concentration sensing module, a pH sensing module, a water hardness sensing module, and a temperature sensing module, respectively configured to obtain a concentration, a pH value, a hardness, and a temperature of the cutting fluid; a processing module, configured to generate a monitoring integration value, compare the monitoring integration value with a standard model, and generate an adjustment signal; and an adjustment module, configured to actively adjust a variable parameter of the cutting fluid according to the adjustment signal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to methods and devices for devices including multiple die. A wafer is received having a plurality of die and a plurality of scribe lines. A dicing process is performed on the wafer. The dicing process includes identifying a first scribe line of the plurality of scribe lines, the first scribe line interposing a first die and a second die of the plurality of die; and performing a partial cut on the first scribe line. In embodiments, other scribe lines of the wafer are, during the dicing process, fully cut. After the dicing, the first die and the second die are mounted on a substrate such as an interposer. The first die and the second die are connected by a portion of the first scribe line, e.g., remaining from the partial cut, during the mounting.

The handle has two blocks on the top and the bottom thereof, each block has two inclined faces which contact the end faces of the two lugs when pivoting the handle. The resilient unit is moved with the tongue so as to change the position of the pawl to decide the ratcheting direction of the ratchet wrench.

The object is clamped in the hexagonal space, and the pivotal member can be pivoted away from the fixed jaw. The pipe wrench is able to quickly clamp and dismounted from the object.
