Abstract: A electronic library management system and its method, which comprises three main advantages: A. collecting booklists automatically: which can break through the traditional technology of manual controlling, connect to each network bookstore by using single window connecting way so as to collect and excerpt the booklists; B. checking duplicate automatically: also break through the traditional technology of manual controlling, which can connected the collected booklists to the ERP system of the library so as to check the duplicate; C. replied automatically: also break through the traditional technology of manual controlling, which can replied to the recommender automatically during purchasing and after being entered the library.
