  • Patent number: 9403307
Abstract: A modeling apparatus includes a first set and a second set. The first set includes a body and a first mold structure, the first mold structure is disposed on a surface of the body. The second mold includes a movable portion, a first pushing mechanism, a valve and a second pushing mechanism. A second mold structure of the movable portion is combined with the first mold structure to form an accommodating space. The first pushing mechanism is connected to the movable portion for moving the movable portion, so as to combine the second mold structure with the first mold structure. The valve is disposed on the second mold structure for injecting plastic into the accommodating space. The second pushing mechanism is connected to the pushing component. The second pushing mechanism drives the pushing component to pierce through the movable portion, to move the modeled plastic out of the accommodating space.

  • Patent number: 9164504
Abstract: A mold machining method for computer numerical control includes steps of establishing a 3D pattern; performing an initial machining process on a mold material by the 3D pattern; calculating a total machining area corresponding to the 3D pattern; dividing the 3D pattern into a plurality of precise machining regions according to the total machining area and a predetermined machining area and enabling a boundary line between every two adjacent precise machining regions to be corresponding to a crest line of the 3D pattern; and performing a precise machining process on each of the precise machining regions and changing a cutting tool at the boundary line between every two adjacent precise machining regions.

  • Publication number: 20100055224
Abstract: A suction structure for a mold includes a mold base, two airtight units, a plurality of air holes, and a plurality of air channels. The two airtight units are disposed in the mold base at interval and a suction zone is defined between the two airtight units. The plurality of air holes is located in the suction zone. The plurality of air channels is located in the suction zone and connected with the plurality of air holes. Based on the engagement of the suction zone, the plurality of air holes, and the plurality of air channels, a thin film can adhere to a mold via vacuum as air within the suction zone is extracted through the plurality of air holes. Thus, the thin film adheres to the mold fast and in a level manner, and thereby improving the yield rate of In-Mold Decoration process.

  • Publication number: 20090302492
Abstract: An in-mold reprint manufacturing system for thin film texture includes a texture reprint device having a first mold and a second mold and an injection molding machine having a foil feeder, a foil feeder rewinder, a cavity moving plate, and a core fastening plate. The first mold and the second mold of the texture reprint device are pressed onto a thin film to generate a texture on the thin film. The foil feeder and the foil feeder rewinder continuously make the thin film with the texture pass through the core fastening plate. The cavity moving plate has a repeated movement to the core fastening plate to produce a product with the texture by the injection molding way. An in-mold reprint manufacturing method for thin film texture is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 5587878
Abstract: An anti-theft mechanism for use in a portable computer system mechanism protects a removable component from being easily stolen. The anti-theft mechanism comprises an opening on a lower case of the portable computer system; a through-hole in the portable component; and a securing element for inserting into the through-hole. The securing element allows movement of the portable component when in a first position, and prevents movement of the portable component when in a second position.
