    Abstract: A multi-functional tool handle comprises a handle main body, a fixing seat, and a set of head tips. The handle main body is provided with a receiving groove therein for locating the head-tip set. The rear end of the handle main body is provided with a recessed groove for connection with an engaging part of the fixing seat. The engaging part is provided with and engaging groove and a fixing hole that are in communication with each other. Besides, the rear end of the handle main body is provided with an arm that is located in the recessed groove. One end of the arm passes through the engaging groove and extends into the fixing hole. Consequently, when a head tip is inserted into the fixing hole, the head tip can be pressed by the arm and thus positioned in the fixing hole.

    Abstract: A method of inspecting a substrate includes measuring a first current flowing between a first region and a second region of the substrate using a first probe. A second current flowing between the first region and the second region of the substrate may be measured using a second probe including a material different from that of the first probe. By comparing the first and second currents, it can be determined whether there is a change in a physical composition of the substrate and a change in a physical configuration of the substrate between the first region and the second region. Thus, when the current change is induced by the change in a physical configuration of the substrate, a determination error that the contaminants on the semiconductor substrate may exist based on the current change may be prevented.

A head tip can be fixed on the bottom of handle main body for use as a screwdriver.

    Abstract: A tool handle self-contained a set of screwdriver bits includes a handle and a set of screwdriver bits in the handle. There is a fixed hole provided on the bottom of the handle and a receiving groove provided on the side of the handle. The set of screwdriver bits includes a base, a pillar installed on the base and a plurality of holding parts installed on the base. On the upper end of the pillar, a step portion is provided and each holding part holds a screwdriver bit. After the set of screwdriver bits and the receiving groove are assembled, the bottom of the base and the handle become a smooth surface and the top face of the pillar in the hole of the receiving groove forms a pressing face. If the pressing face is pressed, the set of screwdriver bits will move out from the handle. After the screwdriver bit is locked at the bottom of the handle, it can act as screwdriver. A tool handle self-contained a set of screwdriver bits can suit for various hand tools.

    Abstract: The method of manufacturing a handle grip of a tool comprises the steps of: 1. to position a mandrel of a manufacturing machine and to inject plastic material to form an inner layer; 2. to release the positioning to leave positioning holes on the shaped inner layer, the inner layer then is processed by second time injection to completely envelop the inner layer with plastic and shape a middle layer; and 3. the middle layer being processed by third time injection to partially envelop the middle layer with plastic to thereby form an external layer with the middle layer partially exposed, and the handle grip of the tool with two colors in firm combining state being completed. On the handle grip made by these steps, the holes formed after taking off the mandrel of the manufacturing machine are holes for combining the stem of the tool; hence the holes made are not subjected to twisting and deformation, and is convenient for combining with the stem.

    Abstract: A pre-treatment method for improving the growth of hemi-spherical grains (HSGs) on a semiconductor structure by removing etching residue before forming a capacitor storage node having the HSGs. The pre-treatment method includes dry-etching a material layer formed on a surface of a semiconductor substrate to form a storage node pattern on the semiconductor substrate. Multiple ashing sequences are then performed on the semiconductor structure using an etching gas, followed by a stripping step using H2SO4 to remove any residue remaining on the semiconductor structure after the multiple ashing sequences. The semiconductor structure is then cleaned with an ammonium peroxide mixture (APM), and HSGs are thereafter grown on capacitor storage nodes of the storage node pattern.
