The redistribution structure also includes a power-ground macro extending from a topmost layer in the plurality of upper layers to a bottommost layer in the plurality of upper layers, and a metal pad in the bottom layer and overlapped by the power-ground macro. The metal pad is electrically disconnected from the power-ground macro.

    Abstract: An electrical device and an operation control method are provided. The electronic device includes a touch module and a processor. The touch module includes a touchable region. The touchable region is divided into at least a first touchable region and a second touchable region. The first touchable region is configured to implement a first function. The second touchable region is configured to implement the first function and a second function. The processor is electrically connected to the touch module. When at least one first touch point is detected in the first touchable region, at least one second touch point is detected in the second touchable region, and the processor determines that a distance between the first touch point and the second touch point is within a predetermined distance, the second touchable region is switched to implementing the first function.

    Abstract: A network information security zone joint defense system is provided, which monitors a network connection status through a network defense appliance. Once the network defense appliance detects a user computer in a network system triggering the conditions of a network zone joint defense, the network defense appliance immediately and automatically connects to a specified network switch, such that the network switch interrupts the network access service provided for the user computer, so as to effectively prevent virus or hacker from continuing spreading virus to the same or other subnet of the network, and further prevent the virus from starting a DDoS attack or paralyzing the network server, and thus greatly reducing the damages and losses to the network system.
