The diaphragm includes a thermoplastic polyester elastomer film layer, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer being a copolymer composed of a hard segment A of polyester and a soft segment B of polyether or aliphatic polyester, wherein the thermoplastic polyester elastomer film layer has Young's modulus of 1-1000 MPa, with an elastic recovery rate after 10% strain being greater than or equal to 80%. The speaker diaphragm has a good stiffness, a good damping performance and a good resilience.

An amount of energy transferred through the mechanical coupling is dependent on the value of an input measurand acting on one of the first and second resonators. The inertial sensor also comprises a pumping means coupled to the resonator assembly for applying a pumping signal to the resonator assembly, the pumping means controlled by electrical circuitry, and a sensor assembly configured to detect the amplitude of oscillation of the first resonator at a first resonant frequency and the amplitude of oscillation of the second resonator at a second resonant frequency.

First, historical deformation data of each period of each part of a high slope is obtained as sample data; the sample data is divided into training samples and test samples; then a parameter group of a Support Vector Machine (SVM) model is optimized by using the training samples and a particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm to determine an optimal parameter group of the SVM model, to obtain a trained SVM model; whether the trained SVM model satisfies a condition is verified by using the test samples, and when the SVM model does not satisfy the condition, an optimal parameter group of the SVM model is re-determined; and finally the deformation of each area of the high slope is predicted by using the SVM model that satisfies the condition.
