    Abstract: Disclosed are reporting and controlling methods for DRX (Discontinuous Reception) parameter and terminal moving velocity and devices thereof, which are used to decrease the network resource wasting and reduce the terminal power consumption. The reporting and controlling method for DRX parameter includes the following steps: the network side sends indication information which indicates whether the terminal is permitted to report DRX reference parameter or DRX parameter configuration advice to the terminal, and the indication information is used to indicate the terminal to report DRX reference parameter or DRX parameter configuration advice when it receives the indication for permitting reporting reference parameter or DRX parameter configuration advice, and not report DRX reference parameter or DRX configuration advice when it receives the indication for not permitting reporting reference parameter or DRX configuration advice.

    Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and user terminal for receiving multicast control channel (MCCH) change notifications, which include: obtaining the transmission time of an MCCH change notification; and when the MCCH change notification is not received during one MCCH modification period, receiving, according to the transmission time of the MCCH change notification, the MCCH change notification at least N times, wherein N is the preset reception times of the MCCH change notification. In the present invention, the efficiency of receiving MCCH change notifications by user terminals is improved, and the probability of processing MCCH change notifications falsely due to too many network identifiers in a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) is reduced.

    Abstract: A radio bearer status sending method and device are provided. The method includes: after executing uplink resource allocation during current transmission period, determining the number of tokens in a token bucket which is corresponding to the radio bearer; according to the determined number of tokens, sending the first status information which indicates that the number of the tokens is larger than zero to a base station; or sending the second status information which indicates that the number of tokens is not larger than zero to the base station. By using the method and device provided by the invention, the accuracy of the radio bearer status reported by a User Equipment (UE) is improved, therefore, the base station can allocate the uplink resources more properly, and the usage efficiency of uplink resources is increased.
