Abstract: A drum washing machine comprises a machine body, a door body, an inner drum and a water feeding device. The inner drum is rotatably arranged in the machine body, and holds water in a washing. A front part of the inner drum is provided with an input port for taking and putting clothes. The door body is mounted at a front part of the machine body corresponding to the input port of the inner drum for opening or closing the input port. An end with the input port of the inner drum is hermetically connected with the door body in a relatively rotating manner. The water feeding device includes a first water feeding pipe connected with an external water source, a water collection sump corresponding to the first water feeding pipe arranged on the door body, and a second water feeding pipe arranged in the door body.
Abstract: A drum washing machine comprises an inner drum rotatable. Both ends of the inner drum are closed and rotatably mounted on a supporting device through rotating shafts, respectively. A side wall of the inner drum is provided with an input port for taking and putting items. A sealing inner cover capable of being opened/closed is mounted at the input port. A water flow passage for feeding water and/or draining water is arranged in at least one of the rotating shafts at both ends of the inner drum. The whole inner drum may be made into a drum without any hole. During the washing process, washing water is held in the inner drum, and the inner drum rotates to wash clothes. The two closed ends of the inner drum are rotatably mounted on the supporting device through the rotating shafts, thus realizing rotation of the inner drum.

Abstract: An inner drum of a washing machine has a plurality of hollow lifting ribs arranged on the side wall of the drum that communicate with the interior of the drum. At least one drainage port communicating with the hollow portions of the lifting ribs is formed in the side wall of the drum. A sealing valve is located inside each lifting rib at each drainage port. During high-speed rotation of the drum, valve bodies of the sealing valves move along a radial center direction of the drum under a centrifugal force, to open the drainage ports. Through this arrangement, discharging water flow in the drum to the outside from the hidden drainage ports is achieved. Meanwhile, centrifugal force during the high-speed rotation of the drum is used to control valve cores of the sealing valves such that the drainage ports are automatically opened for drainage from the drum.
Abstract: A sealing valve plug structure includes a valve plug column corresponding to the drain opening formed in the side wall of an inner drum, and a counterweight hinged to the upper end of the valve plug column. The sealing valve installation structure is installed on the side wall of the drum, and the reset spring is clamped between the sealing valve installation structure and the valve plug column. The counterweight is used to generate an action, under the action of centrifugal force, to open the drain opening, and the valve plug column is reset by the reset spring to make the valve plug block the drain opening, to thereby open and close the drain opening. A cleaning-free washing machine having an inner drum sealed by the sealing valve plug structure is also disclosed.
Abstract: An inner drum cover is provided at a drum opening of an inner drum of a washing machine, the inner drum cover is used to open or close the drum opening, so that the inner drum forms a closed container after the drum opening is closed by the inner drum cover. The inner drum can perform washing after the inner drum cover is correspondingly fastened to the drum opening, so that clothes only come into contact with washing water in the sealed inner drum in a washing process. In this way, a case in which the clothes are contaminated because washing water between the inner drum and an outer drum flows into the inner drum is avoided, washing cleanliness of the washing machine is greatly improved, and incomplete washing of the clothes caused by contamination of the washing water between the inner drum and the outer drum is avoided.

Abstract: A method for controlling release amount of detergent and a washing device, include: dividing inner space of a detergent box into independent N compartments, wherein each of the compartments is configured to store a type of detergent having a certain concentration range; assigning a concentration level Ci, i=1, . . . , N to each of the compartments wherein the higher the detergent concentration, the lower the concentration level; selecting one of the compartments containing detergent and releasing the detergent in the selected compartment, and obtaining the concentration level C of the selected compartment; obtaining a laundry weight m; and calculating a release amount of the detergent, wherein Vn=1.25*m*(C+1). The formula which is configured to calculate the release amount of detergent is also provided based on both of the detergent concentration level and the laundry weight.

Abstract: A washing machine including: a first drainage pump arranged between a washing drum and a filter membrane assembly. The first drainage pump pumps water in the washing drum into the filter membrane assembly for filtration and ensures that a water level in a water inlet cavity of the filter membrane assembly is not higher than a lower edge of a sewage outlet, so as to prevent reduce of the amount of washing water due to drainage of excessive washing water/rinsing water. Since the first drainage pump is a low-lift water pump, water in the filter membrane assembly moves continuously during filtration, so as to scour pollutants on a surface of a filter membrane/membrane filament, reduce an accumulation degree of the pollutants, effectively prevent blockage and achieve low noise.
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a draining structure of a washing machine and a draining method. An inner drum is installed in a housing of the washing machine. The inner drum is a tapered drum with a smaller diameter at one end and a larger diameter at the other end. A draining flow passage is arranged at the larger diameter end. One end of the draining flow passage communicates with the larger diameter end. The other end of the draining flow passage penetrates the inner drum and communicates with a drain pipe. The inner drum rotates and washing water flows to the larger diameter end along the tapered inner wall by centrifugal force. Washing water is drained out from the inner drum through the draining flow passage arranged at the larger diameter end and then drained out through the drain pipe to realize the discharge of washing water.

Effective water intake and drainage is achieved through the hole area of the inner drum of the washing machine, and flushing is implemented conveniently so as to avoid residues; the hole-free area cooperates with the sealing assembly to form the sealed region between the inner drum and the outer drum, so as to effectively prevent crossed flowing of washing sewage and to avoid dirt accumulation between the inner drum and the outer drum.
