Abstract: A sealing valve plug structure includes a valve plug column corresponding to the drain opening formed in the side wall of an inner drum, and a counterweight hinged to the upper end of the valve plug column. The sealing valve installation structure is installed on the side wall of the drum, and the reset spring is clamped between the sealing valve installation structure and the valve plug column. The counterweight is used to generate an action, under the action of centrifugal force, to open the drain opening, and the valve plug column is reset by the reset spring to make the valve plug block the drain opening, to thereby open and close the drain opening. A cleaning-free washing machine having an inner drum sealed by the sealing valve plug structure is also disclosed.

A no-clean washing machine is installed with the inner drum, the inner drum is a closed container with an opening closed by a door. When the inner drum rotates at a high speed, the washing water is guided towards the inner drum bottom and flows to a center of the bottom along a water guide flow channel on the bottom, and is discharged out of the inner drum through a water outlet connector of a central joint.

The inner drum can perform washing after the inner drum cover is correspondingly fastened to the drum opening, so that clothes only come into contact with washing water in the sealed inner drum in a washing process. In this way, a case in which the clothes are contaminated because washing water between the inner drum and an outer drum flows into the inner drum is avoided, washing cleanliness of the washing machine is greatly improved, and incomplete washing of the clothes caused by contamination of the washing water between the inner drum and the outer drum is avoided.

The washing barrel can accommodate washing water, a side wall of the washing barrel is provided with a drainage channel for discharging washing water in the washing barrel during dehydrating, and the drainage channel is provided with a water guiding part to guide washing water in the drainage channel to discharge rapidly. The drainage channel is provided with a water inlet communicated with an inside of the barrel body; and the barrel body is provided with a guiding part used to guide washing water in the barrel body into the water inlet during dehydrating. The present disclosure has the following beneficial effects: through setting the guiding part, the washing water is guided to the drainage channel and discharged through the drainage channel to realize rapid dehydration.

The formula which is configured to calculate the release amount of detergent is also provided based on both of the detergent concentration level and the laundry weight.
