    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for manufacturing an active array substrate. The method includes the steps of: forming a first patterned metal layer on a substrate; sequentially forming a semiconductor layer, an insulating layer and a second metal layer to cover the first patterned metal layer; forming a patterned photoresist layer on the second metal layer; patterning the second metal layer, the insulating layer and the semiconductor layer to form a second patterned metal layer, a patterned insulating layer and a patterned semiconductor layer, and removing a portion of the patterned photoresist layer; heating the remained portion of the patterned photoresist layer such that the remained portion is fluidized and transformed into a protective layer; and forming a pixel electrode.

    Abstract: An intermediate structure of a flexible display device includes a substrate, an etching layer, a flexible substrate, and a display module. A trench structure is formed in a surface of the substrate. The etching layer is formed on the surface and covers the substrate. The flexible substrate is disposed on the etching layer. The flexible substrate and the substrate are spaced apart from each other by the etching layer. The display module is disposed on the flexible substrate. The flexible substrate can be peeled from the substrate without applying a mechanical force and thus the yield is improved, and the process time and the fabricating cost are also reduced. In addition, the present invention also provides a substrate for fabricating a flexible display device and a method for fabricating a flexible display device.

    Abstract: A method for arranging memories of a low-complexity low-density parity-check (LDPC) decoder and a low-complexity LDPC decoder using the same method are provided. The main idea of the method for arranging memories of a low-complexity LDPC decoder is to merge at least one or two small-capacity memory blocks into one memory group, so that the memory area can be reduced and the power consumption in reading or writing data is lowered. Besides, as the merged memory group shares the same address line in reading or writing data, at least one delay unit is used to adjust the reading or writing order and thereby ensure data validity. A low-complexity LDPC decoder using the disclosed method can meet the demands of high processing rate and low power consumption.

    Abstract: A baseboard management controller (BMC) connects with a COM serial port. The BMC includes an input queue and an output queue. If a basic input output system (BIOS) of the BMC has been initialized, the COM serial port is used by the BIOS. When a processor of the BMC sends a control command to a sharing system of the BMC, the input queue and the output queue are converted to time division multiplex (TDM) queues. The COM serial port may be used by the BIOS or by the BMC according to an ID flag of each element of the TDM queues.

Moreover, the 99mTc/or 188Re of the TcO4?/or ReO4? avoids bone marrow injuries caused by free 90Y. By the feature of the Lipiodol that stays in liver tumors for a long period, the radioactive mixture is applied to treat liver cancers by injection so that injuries caused by surgical operations can be prevented. 188Re-MN/Lipiodol is used for liver cancer, breast cancer or other solid tumors treatment. Re-188 MN or Re-188 MN/Lipiodol can be mixed with anticancer drugs, hydrogel, liposome, micelle or other nano-particles to form the multifunctional therapeutic modality.

    Abstract: A wide image scanner which can scan the image of a large scale original using only a regular image sensor is provided. The invention includes a sliding shaft, an image reading device, a number of paper width sensors, a paper edge sensor, and a control module. Whenever the paper edge sensor detects the presence of an end edge of the original, it will send a vertical control signal to the control module to control the rotation direction of the rollers. On the other hand, the paper width sensors detect the width of the original and send the horizontal control signals to the control module. From the horizontal control signals, the control module can determine the number of horizontal displacement positions and control the horizontal displacement each time for the image reading device after the paper edge sensor detects the end edge of the original. The procedure continues until the image reading device has been moved to the final displacement position predetermined by the horizontal control signal.
