The buffer layer is disposed between the first encapsulant and the second encapsulant and covers at least a sidewall of the second die and disposed between the first encapsulant and the second encapsulant. The buffer layer has a Young's modulus less than a Young's modulus of the first encapsulant and a Young's modulus of the second encapsulant.

The gas nozzles extend from the gasbag to connect with the first venting pipes.     Abstract: A method of manufacturing a dock is disclosed. The method includes the steps of extending a cable through a collar and a through hole of a housing, securing a strain relief sleeve on a cable, electrically connecting a circuit board to the cable, disposing the strain relief sleeve and the circuit board in a containing space defined by an inner surface of the housing, and then bonding a cover plate and the collar to the housing, respectively. By the manufacturing method of the present invention, it is easy and not time consuming to manufacture the dock, and can prevent any crack or detaching of the electrical joints between the cable and the circuit board caused by dragging or compressing the cable.

    Abstract: A strain relief sleeve and a dock containing the same are disclosed. The strain relief sleeve comprises a tube and a pad connected to one end of the tube. The dock comprises a cable, a collar, a housing, the strain relief sleeve, a circuit board and a cover plate, wherein the cable extends through the collar, a through hole of the housing and the strain relief sleeve to electrically connect with the circuit board, and the pad of the strain relief sleeve and the circuit board abut against the inner surface of the housing and the cover plate, respectively. As such, when the cable is pulled or compressed, the strain relief sleeve and the dock containing the same in accordance with the present invention can prevent any crack or detaching of the electrical joints between the cable and the circuit board.

The brake module is connected to a lift module mounted on the mast and includes at least one friction member and at least one forcing member. The friction member has a pressing portion and an axle oppositely arranged. The pressing portion is substantially shaped to engage the track. The forcing member is rotatably disposed on the axle for pivoting axially between a first position and a second position. At the first position, the pressing portion can be moved along the track and stopped by the lift module. At the second position, the forcing member displaces the friction member to force the pressing portion tightly against the track. Thus, the brake module is held in position relative to the mast.
