    Abstract: The present invention provides a backlight module including a plurality of illuminant units and two light guide plates respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the illuminant units. Each of the light guide plates has a light-incident surface and a light-emitting surface adjacent to the light-incident surface. A portion of the illuminant units emit light toward the light-incident surface of one of the light guide plates, and the other portion of the illuminant units emit light toward the light-incident surface of the other light guide plate. The dimension of the light-emitting surface of each light guide plate is positive proportional to the amount of the illuminant units emitting light toward the light guide plate. In addition, the present invention also provides a liquid crystal displaying apparatus including the above-mentioned backlight module.

    Abstract: A backlight module includes a light guide plate with a main body and a light source with a circuit board and a plurality of light bars. The main body has a light incidence surface and a light emitting surface. The light incidence surface has a plurality of accommodating grooves and the light emitting surface or the light incidence surface has a plurality of light-separation grooves which are perpendicular to the accommodating grooves. The accommodating groove has a first and a second light incidence parts. A reflecting layer is disposed on the surface of the circuit board being located between each two light bars. The light source is disposed on the light incidence surface and light bars are disposed for the accommodating grooves so as a predetermined distance located between the light bar and the second light incidence part is formed a light mixing space to reduce the production of bright lines.

    Abstract: A backlight module including a plurality of light guide plates, a plurality of light emitting devices, and a back frame is provided. The adjacent light guide plates are coupled with each other to form a piece-coupled light guide plate. The light emitting devices provides light to the piece-coupled light guide plate. The back frame has a back sheet and a bending element. The back sheet has at least one broken hole. The bending element is disposed near the broken hole and forms an angle with the back sheet. The bending element has a locking groove, and the piece-coupled light guide plate is leaned against the locking groove. A supporting and fastening device can be adopted to further fasten the piece-coupled light guide plate and films below the piece-coupled light guide plate. Additionally, a reflector is disposed below the piece-coupled light guide plate for reflecting the light upwards.
