Abstract: A memory device, a failure bits detector, and a failure bits detection method thereof are provided. The failure bits detector includes a current generator, a current mirror, and a comparator. The current generator generates a first current according to a reference code. The current mirror mirrors the first current to generate a second current at a second end of the current mirror. The comparator compares a first voltage at a first input end with a second voltage at a second input end to generate a detection result.

Abstract: An approach is provided for a foldable bike which comprises a front fork, a top tube, a down tube, a pivot hinge and the pair of auxiliary wheels. The pivot hinge is connected to the first end of the front fork, a second end of the top tube and the first end of the down tube. The first end of the top tube is pivotally connected to the pivot hinge. The first end of the top tube is pivotally connected to the pivot hinge. The auxiliary wheels mounted on the two respect sides of the rear wheel that are extended backwardly from the center of the rear wheel. The pivot hinge allows the front fork and the top tube to be folded toward the down tube. The auxiliary wheels against the ground when the the bike is folded, which is capable of standing and being pulled by a person.

Abstract: A detachable essential oil ring for lamp is an open-loop ring and is detachably mounted on the lamp easily. A part of the detachable essential oil ring is used to absorb or contain essential oils and directly contacts a heated portion of the lamp. The detachable essential oil ring contacts the heated portion to auxiliary vaporize the fragrance oils or the essential oils. The structure of the detachable essential oil ring is simple and is easy to manufacture. The detachable essential oil ring can be mounted on the lamp with different types and can auxiliary vaporizes the fragrance oils or the essential oils by the heat generated from the lamp during light, and this is lower cost and environmental friendly.

Abstract: A remotely controllable outlet assembly has a case, an outlet panel and a power remote control device. The outlet panel is mounted on the case. The power remote control device has a remote controller and a main control apparatus. The main control apparatus is mounted in the case and is electrically connected to a neutral wire, a live wire and an outlet of the outlet panel. The main control apparatus electrically connects or disconnects the neutral wire and the live wire to or from the outlet according to an operation command emitted from the remote controller. Therefore, the outlet is remotely controllable. The main control apparatus is embedded in the wall, so that the outlet assembly does not spoil the interior decoration of the house.
