    Abstract: A semiconductor component is provided in the form of an enhancement mode high-electron-mobility transistor having an n-i-p semiconductor junction epitaxial structure. The semiconductor component includes: a channel layer and a barrier layer formed on the channel layer. A two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) is formed in the channel layer adjacent to an interface between the channel layer and the barrier layer. A gate electrode is disposed on the barrier layer. A semiconductor junction structure is disposed and sandwiched between the gate electrode and the barrier layer. The semiconductor junction structure includes a first region doped with a first dopant and in direct contact with the gate electrode, a second region doped with a second dopant different from the first dopant, and a third region being unintentionally doped and sandwiched between the first region and the second region. The semiconductor junction structure depletes a portion of the 2DEG thereunder.

    Abstract: A method and an electronic apparatus of modifying a three-dimensional model are provided. In the method, multiple two-dimensional images are obtained by scanning a real environment Real objects of the real environment are identified in the two-dimensional images. A three-dimensional model is generated based on the two-dimensional images. The three-dimensional model is related to the depth information of the real objects. A modifying operation for modifying one or more virtual objects in the three-dimensional model is received. The virtual objects are corresponding to one or more real objects. The modifying operation is mapped into the two-dimensional images based on the identified result of the real objects in the two-dimensional image and the depth information of the real objects, to generate a modified image. A modified three-dimensional model is generated based on the modified image, to provide a proper modified result.

    Abstract: A head mounted display system and a scene scanning method thereof are provided. In the method, one or more first scene images and a second scene image in a real environment are obtained. A preliminary virtual environment corresponding to the real environment from the first scene images is generated. The preliminary virtual environment is displayed with a perspective at a visual position. The virtual position is corresponding to a real position in the real environment where the second scene image is captured. The perspective to present the virtual environment is modified in response to a change of a pose of the user's head. Accordingly, a convenient way to scan the real environment is provided, and a complete virtual environment may be obtained.

    Abstract: A display system includes a display panel, an imaging unit, an auto-focusing controller, a calculating unit, a memory unit and a regulating unit. The imaging unit is configured for capturing images. The auto-focusing controller is configured for determining parameters of the imaging unit suitable for the current ambient light condition by processing the captured images. The calculating unit is configured for calculating a brightness value of the current ambient light condition, using the determined parameters. The memory unit is configured for storing an array comprising a collection of brightness values associated with a collection of driving voltage values respectively. The regulating unit is configured for retrieving a driving voltage value in an array associated with the calculated brightness value, and adjusting the display panel using the retrieved voltage value.
