  • Publication number: 20190196633
Abstract: A flexible touch-sensing component is formed on a release film by support provided from a first carrier substrate and a second carrier substrate. Then, the flexible touch-sensing component can be attached onto non-planar and curved cover plates through the reloading of a third carrier substrate, so that the touch panel can be lighter and thinner, and have a lower processing cost. In addition, the flexible touch-sensing component uses a film sensor that includes a metal nanowire conductive layer. Since the silver nanowire has flexibility, the touch sensor and the touch panel in the present disclosure can be used in flexible touch-sensing devices and curved-surface touch-sensing devices. Furthermore, based on application of an adhesive reactive ink, the released touch panel can be directly attached to target carrier substrate without adding an auxiliary layer of optical glue or hydrogel glue.

  • Publication number: 20170053595
Abstract: A pixel circuit includes first to third switches, a transistor, a light emitting diode, and first and second capacitors. The first switch has its control end coupled to a first scan line and its first end for receiving a data signal. The second switch has its control end coupled to a second scan line and its third end for receiving a power supply voltage. The transistor has its control end coupled to the second end and its fifth end coupled to the fourth end. The third switch has its control end coupled to a third scan line and its eighth end coupled to the sixth end. the light emitting diode has its anode and cathode coupled to the eighth end and a reference voltage level, respectively. The first and second capacitors are coupled between the second end and seventh end and between the seventh end and reference voltage level, respectively.

  • Patent number: 9466191
Abstract: An alarm device applied to a portable electronic device is provided. The alarm device includes a detection unit and a connecting unit. The detection unit includes a first data transfer pin, and the first transfer pin is preset to a first electric potential. When the portable electronic device is connected to the detection unit via the connecting unit, the first data transfer pin is connected to a second electric potential via the connecting unit. The detection unit is set in a detection mode. In the detection mode, when electric potential of the first data transfer pin is switched from the second electric potential to the first electric potential, the detection unit issues an alarm.

  • Patent number: 9171961
Abstract: The present teachings provide a coating composition (a passivation formulation) for preparing a coating material in a metal oxide thin film transistor, where the coating material comprises a polymer blend including a polymer and a stabilizing agent. Incorporation of a stabilizing agent according to the present teachings in the coating material can lead to improved device performance of the metal oxide thin film transistor, in particular, reduced shift in the threshold voltage and long-term bias-stress stability.
