  • Patent number: 9687397
Abstract: An electric wheelchair with quick-release drive wheels includes: a chassis, and two guide wheels and two said drive wheels. The drive wheels are rotated by a drive mechanism and connected to the drive mechanism by a quick-release mechanism. To detach the drive wheel, the user can press the cover to make the rolling balls move out of the receiving groove and back to the arc-shaped engaging portion, which allows the hollow shaft to disengage from the drive shaft. Then, keeping pressing the cover can detach the drive wheel from the drive mechanism. To assemble the drive wheel, the user can press the hollow shaft into the axial hole to make the rolling balls engage in the receiving groove, so that the drive wheel is assembled to the drive mechanism. The assembly and disassembly of the drive wheel require no wrenches or other tools, and therefore are very convenient.

  • Publication number: 20160096410
Abstract: A shock absorber includes an outer pipe, an inner pipe and an elastic rubber cushion. The outer pipe is a hollow structure. The inner pipe is disposed in the outer pipe to define a receiving space between the inner and outer pipes, and is a hollow structure rotatable with respect to the outer pipe. The elastic rubber cushion is disposed in the receiving space and fixed to an inner wall of the outer pipe and an outer wall of the inner pipe, respectively. The shock absorber works in rotation manner to absorb shocks, which not only enables the shock absorber to absorb forces in al directions, but also reduces the size of the shock absorber. Besides, the shock absorber uses the elastic rubber cushion as a buffer, which produces no noise during the process of shock absorbing.

  • Publication number: 20100032242
Abstract: A pressure relief device for a gear box which is disposed in the gear box and comprises a body, a blocking member and a spring. The body is defined with a penetrating hole. The spring pushes the blocking member and makes it seal the penetrating hole. When the pressure rises since the temperature therein is risen, and when the gas pressure in the gear box is larger than the force of the spring, the gas can push the blocking member and compress the spring, and then discharge from the penetrating hole of the body, thus reducing the pressure and the temperature of the gear box.

  • Publication number: 20080064506
Abstract: a connector structure for a gearbox comprises a transmission rod, a bearing, two connecting members, a buffer, a clamping bush and a rod rack. The buffer is disposed between the two connecting members, the connecting members are received in the clamping bush, and then the clamping bush is installed in the bearing. The connecting members are provided for insertion of a transmission rod and a rod rack, and the buffer prevents the transmission rod from contacting the rod rack and can absorb the vibration generated during the motion transmission cause, and thus the noise is also reduced.
