Abstract: Provided is an X-ray image detector in which an organic conductive polymer layer which generates electron-hole pairs in reaction to a radioactive ray is employed as an X-ray receptor. In the X-ray image detector, organic conductive polymer substituting a-Se that is an existing photoconductive substance is used and a fluorescent layer diverging light of a visible ray area that is a polymer absorption wavelength band is combined, to detect an electric signal of a polymer having a photoconductive characteristic.
