    Abstract: A semiconductor package including a first semiconductor die, a second semiconductor die, a first insulating encapsulation, a dielectric layer structure, a conductor structure and a second insulating encapsulation is provided. The first semiconductor die includes a first semiconductor substrate and a through silicon via (TSV) extending from a first side to a second side of the semiconductor substrate. The second semiconductor die is disposed on the first side of the semiconductor substrate. The first insulating encapsulation on the second semiconductor die encapsulates the first semiconductor die. A terminal of the TSV is coplanar with a surface of the first insulating encapsulation. The dielectric layer structure covers the first semiconductor die and the first insulating encapsulation. The conductor structure extends through the dielectric layer structure and contacts with the through silicon via.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a sectional lifting door system. When the system is in normal operation, a door operator drives a cable drum to wind or unwind a cable for lifting or lowering slats. During a process of lowering the slats, if the slats is stopped or slowed unexpectedly (e.g. the slats hit an obstacle below), the door operator is disconnected from a shaft automatically. At this time, even if the door operator is still activated, the shaft does not rotate, the cable drum does not unwind the cable so that a certain tension force can be maintained on the cable and that the cable is prevented from loosening from the drum, thereby preventing the slats from falling off. Also, it can avoid the situation that the weight of the slats is completely applied to the obstacle because the cable drum continuously unwinds the cable.

    Abstract: A dual-voltage door operator control system comprises a contactor, a high-voltage connector, a low-voltage connector, a rectifier and a brake. When a door operator motor is electrically coupled to the low-voltage connector, the rectifier full-wave rectifies an external power source and then electrically energizes the brake. When the door operator motor is electrically coupled to the high-voltage connector, the rectifier half-wave rectifies the external power source and then electrically energizes the brake. Accordingly, the door operator motor can be connected to the high-voltage connector or the low-voltage connector according to the specification of the external power source provided at the site. Moreover, the invention is also further integrated with the brake of a single specification, and no matter whether the external power source is a high-voltage power source or a low-voltage power source, it can electrically energize the brake through the rectifier.

When the motor is activated, the rotor shaft drives the tarp reel to rotate through the reduction gear set, the bevel gear set, and the clutch; and when the motor is deactivated, the clutch locks the tarp reel, and the tarp reel is unable to be rotated. When the motor is deactivated, the clutch is self-locked, and only when the motor is activated again, the tarp reel can be rotated again.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a device for releasing and resetting a fire and smoke barrier. In a normal use state, a clutch member is held by an electromagnetic attraction unit, so that a push rod ejecting module cannot be actuated, and a door operator is controlled by a clutch module thereof. Upon power failure, for example upon an accident, the clutch member is released by the electromagnetic attraction unit, and a barrier release member is activated by the push rod ejecting module so as to shut the fire and smoke barrier. Upon power restoration, the clutch member is attracted and held by the electromagnetic attraction unit, and the push rod ejecting module is reset by a push rod resetting module. At the same time, the barrier release member is also reset.

    Abstract: A door operator with high-speed operation and fire escape functions comprises a motor, a high-speed centrifugal brake module, a centrifugal reduction module, a central shaft locking module and a first and second clutch module. In the stationary state, the high-speed centrifugal brake module, centrifugal reduction module and central shaft locking module are connected to each other, and the drive shaft of the motor is locked by the central shaft locking module. In the normal operation, the first clutch module disengages the high-speed centrifugal brake module from the centrifugal reduction module, and the drive shaft is rotatable at high speed. In the event of fire escape, the second clutch module disengages centrifugal reduction module from central shaft locking module, and the drive shaft rotates at a lower speed. The device will provide high-speed rotation under normal operation, and automatically close the door panel at a gradually lowered speed in the event of fire escape.

Baffle plates designed to cover the through holes and receiving slots extend from the driven wheel. Plural latching pins stored with spring potential energy are compressed by the baffle plates and retained in the through holes and receiving slots. When the worm wheel is excessively worn and dislocated from the driven wheel, the baffle plates are moved to allow the latching pins to spring out and insert into the notches of the front cover, thereby lock the worm wheel and prevent the winding shaft from rotating.

The door panel is controlled to accelerate or decelerate by means of the real-time rolling speed of the door panel, such that speed control is applicable to door panels of different specifications. When the real-time rolling speed of a door panel reaches a predetermined acceleration value, a control module actuates the driving module to speed up opening or closing of the door panel. When the real-time rolling speed of the door panel reaches a predetermined deceleration value, the control module controls the driving module to speed down opening or closing of the door panel; when the real-time rolling speed of the door panel is in between the acceleration value and the deceleration value, the control module actuates the driving module to maintain the opening or closing speed of the rolling door at current value.
