Abstract: Provided is a wheelchair fastening device, including a housing, a mounting base, a winder and an actuating mechanism. The winder and the actuating mechanism are pivotally mounted on the mounting base. The housing covers the mounting base. The actuating mechanism has a stop piece to limit the rotation of the winder, and has an actuating lever and a gear set. By operating the actuating lever, the stop piece is detached from the winder, and the gear set actuates the winder to perform the action of winding up or pulling out.
